Pro: Tutto secondo le attese. Pulito, ordinato, ben dotato di attrezzature. Posizione ottima fronte fermata bus.

Contro: Avremmo gradito qualche grammo di caffè. Fortunatamente c'era un bar/panetteria/pasticceria, ben fornito, a 150 metri.

Comodo soggiorno a Venezia

Pro: Struttura ben rifinita e moderna. La posizione comoda con la fermata dell’autobus proprio davanti

Contro: Un po’ macchinoso il sistema di check-in online. Forse struttura non adatta per più di 4 persone

Pro: Posizione ottima, ambiente estremamente pulito, ordinato e organizzato. Tutto domotizzato e moderno. Bellissimo anche l'accesso al piccolo giardino.

Contro: La vicinanza alla strada purtroppo si è fatta sentire molto la notte, in quanto il rumore dei mezzi non era sufficientemente isolato. Un piccolo neo ma nulla di grave.

Facile da raggiungere a piedi dall'aereoporto e struttura top

Pro: Appartamento davvero bellissimo in contesto nuovo e curato. Ho notato un attenzione speciale alla pulizia e alle forniture, ho trovato molta professionalità nell'accoglienza e soprattutto nonostante fossi arrivato ad un'ora molto tarda ho trovato informazioni subito dettagliate per l'ingresso in struttura.

Pro: Everything was great. Clean. Comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need. It was cozy.

Calm, Peaceful and Relaxing

Pro: Location is close to the airport and transport, nice quiet modern apartment with good facilities and quite comfortable for me and the family.

Contro: Place can be hard to spot at night, the driver missed it twice, although this is not the places fault :)

It was very clean, reasonably priced, and comfortable.

Pro: Past reviews mentioned odor and cleanliness issues, but those have been completely resolved — the place was spotless and there was absolutely no unpleasant smell. The bath towels were fluffy and comfortable. The refrigerator was large, and the kitchen appliances such as the oven worked perfectly. The shower had strong hot water pressure as well. I used an inward-facing room (not facing the road) as my bedroom, so I hardly notice any noise. I didn’t have a car, but there was a bus stop right in front of the property, making it easy to take the bus to supermarkets and other places for shopping.

Contro: Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and the heating was also quite weak. Since it was early October in Italy, it was just barely tolerable, but it might be difficult to stay here during colder seasons. There aren’t many shops nearby, so if you don’t have a car, you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes to reach the area where restaurants and other places are located.

Pro: Perfect for a night to get some rest before the next morning flight and close to the airport.

Contro: One things I think would make it a 10/10 would be white sheets instead of black / grey
