Appartamento comodissimo in zona vitale e ben servita

Pro: L'appartamento è molto accogliente e luminoso. Arredato con cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Bellissimo il balcone che dá su un bel parco pubblico adatto ai bambini. Cucina ben attrezzata e funzionale, con ampio frigorifero, consiglierei di aggiungere una macchina del caffè in cialde. Bagno moderno pulito, comodo e completo di tutto. Fantastica la posizione, si raggiunge il mare a piedi ed è in un luogo vitale e ben servito da locali, ristoranti, supermercati e farmacia a distanza pedonale. È una zona abitata anche d'inverno e non ci ha dato l'effetto straniante di altre località di mare in inverno, come capita ad esempio a Jesolo. Comodo parcheggio e garage interno sono un plus irrinunciabile in zona dove è difficile trovare parcheggi gratuiti. Punta Sabbioni da dove si prende il vaporetto per Venezia è a 10 minuti di auto. Sfortunatamente non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti.

Excellant stay in fantastic location!

Pro: We just spent our holiday here and absolutely loved it! The accommodation was brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean, with excellent facilities. It's in a perfect location, very close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The beach itself was spacious, and the sea was wonderfully clean, offering both calm waters and waves during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the pleasant restaurant right on the beach, which had great prices. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

A dream location for a peaceful break

Pro: This is a beautiful apartment in what felt like a brand new development. The owners are thoughtful and welcoming. I just loved the towels! Need to find out where to get similar ones.

We had a lovely time at this apartment - very modern and well maintained in a peaceful & quiet spot

Pro: They thought of everything really, left an assorted bag of mixed Italian sweets and made sure we had all the information we needed. It's a great apartment and well located for visiting the neighbouring tourist hot-spots as well

Contro: Could perhaps include another set of pillows for the bedrooms - the ones provided are quite soft and sink in when sleeping. we just used our jumpers/scarves to raise the pillow filling and make it more comfortable for our necks. Absolutely nothing major though.

Pro: Really nice stay, owners have been very supportive and provided suggestions for spending tine for children during the rainy days.

Pro: Very good contact with the owners; new apartment, very well equipped, with own garage; great location, close to the beach, many bicycle routes and good access to Punta Sabbioni (water bus to Venice)

Warty polecenia apartament

Pro: Sympatyczni gospodarze, wysoki standard wyposażenia, dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku do Wenecji, ciepło pomimo listopadowej aury :)

Pro: Nun schon zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Und wieder sehr glücklich dort. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und eine auch im Herbst sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung!
