Pro: Molto accogliente,super accessoriata,il proprietario gentilissimo

Appartamento molto confortevole con bellissima piscina

Pro: L'appartamento era molto bello e confortevole, proprio come da descrizione, e molto silenzioso. I letti erano davvero comodi, e abbiamo trovato un generoso kit di benvenuto. Piscina molto carina e rilassante.

Visita a Venezia con vaporetto

Pro: Appartamento veramente bellissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, silenzioso e con posto auto interrato. Il proprietario veramente gentilissimo, disponibile sugli orari di check-in. Esperienza davvero positiva. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Le bambine hanno dormito sul divano letto, che è un vero letto che consente di riposare bene. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Contro: Purtroppo, complice il periodo dell'anno, la gran parte delle attività circostanti era chiusa. Non un problema visto che abbiamo utilizzato la sistemazione per visitare Venezia e comunque si può fare riferimento alla non distante Jesolo.

Un soggiorno rilassant

Pro: Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort. Riscaldamento top. Zona tranquilla.

Pro: L’appartamento è molto bello, la cucina è ben attrezzata ed è molto pulito. Il proprietario è stato davvero gentile e cordiale. Soggiorno sicuramente da ripetere.

Pro: Nice apartment, clean and bright with very good facilities. Apartment is close to the beach, with easy parking outside or dedicated parking space in the underground garage. There is a good size pool in the apartment complex. There is also a bar, a bike rental in the apartment complex. Communication and support from the host were great.

Contro: No sunbeds or parasols near the swimming pool.

A great choice for a longer stay around Venice!

Pro: It was a positive experience even before we arrived at the apartment. Our host (Ms. Francesca) was very helpful and communicated promptly with us. The check-in was as smooth as it could be. The apartment was spacious, spotless clean, and very well equipped. It has a very good Wi-Fi connection as well. (Exactly like it had been mentioned in the Booking.com listing, the apartment includes a Washing Machine and drying racks which were very useful.) In addition to the large double bed, the sofa can be converted into a large bed as well. Our entire stay was really comfortable and hassle-free. Ms. Francesca was even kind enough to give us a lift to the Ferry Port following check-out. We would happily recommend this apartment for a couple (plus an additional one/two kids).

Contro: Since we were using public transport only, this is not exactly the best location to stay when visiting Venice. (But, surely that was our own choice.) It was a pity that the swimming pool was closed since it was already late autumn. We felt it would have been super useful if there was a microwave oven as well. (But, no worries... still the kitchen was equipped more than sufficiently!)

Pro: Ein sauberer Unterkunft und es gab alles was wir bräuchten

Pro: Krásný moderni prostorný byt s vlastním parkovacím místem v podzemní garáži. Velký bazén byl velmi příjemným zpestřením ve volných chvílích, když se nám nechtělo na pláž. Majitel Nico je velice milí, vstřícný a komunikativní. Velice se nám tam líbilo a vřele toto ubytování doporučuji.

Pro: Skvělá domluva s majitelem, vše perfektně připravené. Parkování jak u domu, tak v garáži hned u výtahu. K moři cesta cca 5 minut volnou chůzí.

Contro: Nemáme co vytknout, vše bylo perfektní
