Pro: L'appartamento è grande. spazioso, luminoso e con una zona giorno che guarda in laguna con una cucina super!

Contro: il tempo... ma non si può fare niente!

Pro: Posto meraviglioso, in mezzo ad un bel giardino curato e con vista sulla laguna e sul tramonto. Appartamento curato e funzionale. Grande cortesia e accoglienza di Giuliano e sua moglie.

Pro: La posizione è magica, il terrazzo ha ina vista veramente bella. Pulito e posto molto molto tranquillo. Ci si può scordare della macchina si può fare tutto in bicicletta

Es war ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub, da alles gepasst hat

Pro: Sehr sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war Top. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man braucht kein Auto, nur ein Fahrrad. und Wasserbus .Super Strand in der Nähe. Alles perfekt und schön.

OK but could have been better

Pro: 1. The husband of the owner was very nice and helpful. He provided us with the washing machine and we could use the bikes. 2. The view from terrace is very beautiful 3. Convenient to go to Venice within 1 hour on the boat 4. Relatively calm at night 5. Good AC in appartment

Contro: 1. Probably pests in the bed. My wife got bitten after each night. The shape of bites was the line of multiple bites, which is typical of bedbugs. However, after matrass investigation we found none, but she was having more and more. It was very itchy and annoying, she couldn't properly sleep and recover. I also received some bites. 2. There is no barbecue as advertised in the description and on the pictures. It is hidden in the private garden of the owners and the lady told us they don't have it. 3. The photos are misleading. The seats in the garden are in front of owners home. You don't have garden access, it belongs to the owners. You have only an apartment and upper terrace. Also on photo they display a huge complex including neighbour's houses which can make you thing that you will have a big appartment and a private garden 4. A lot of muscitos, as near lagoon.

Pro: Sehr nette Vermieter. Top Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren.

Tolle Lage mit leichten Einschränkungen

Pro: Die Lage ist wunderschön und die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Contro: Es ist durch die umliegenden Bootsanlagen etwas unruhig, auch in der Nacht

Villa Laguna: toplocatie met terras met uitzicht op water van de lagunes!!

Pro: Er was prima airco, ook toen het heel warm was, verder alles comfortabel en smaakvol ingericht. Maar het mooiste was het schitterende terras met uitzicht over het water van de lagune, en de boten die voorbij voerden richting `Venetië en de eilanden. De steiger van de waterboten, vaporetti, komen aan op steiger naast het huis! ( heb mooie dagtocht gemaakt) . Ook belangrijk, aardige verhuurders, heel behulpzaam.
