Pro: Ho recentemente soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento vista mare e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e arredato con gusto. Inoltre, il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, fornendo tutte le informazioni necessarie e assicurandosi che tutto fosse perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque desideri una vacanza rilassante e di qualità. Sicuramente ci tornerò in futuro!

Pro: Very friendly owner who recommended excellent restaurants in the Cavallino Treporti area and in Venice. Beautiful sea view from the balcony, which is spacious and includes a clothes drying rack. Comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen. Wide beach with private beach chairs (though they are not always available on the beach). Private parking lot. Convenient location, just 15 minutes by car to Punta Sabbioni, where ferries depart for Venice, Murano, Burano, etc. Only a 5-minute walk from a bike rental shop.
Contro: Not a pet-friendly outdoor area: Dogs are not allowed to walk on the grass in the residence, despite cleaning up after them. There are also signs prohibiting dogs from entering the beach. Additionally, there is no nearby park, so the only option is a dog-friendly beach about 20 minutes away, or letting your dog relieve itself in the parking area, which I do not recommend due to tree needles. While the apartment itself is dog-friendly, the building’s management is not, which is a major downside. Tiny, uncomfortable shower that leaks. High bathroom threshold, which could pose a tripping hazard. Be cautious! A bit far from grocery stores, with the nearest Lidl a 10-minute drive away.

Pro: Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Strand von Cavallino. Tolle, gepflegte Anlage mit Pool. Nette Nachbarn, v.a. Italiener, die dort FeWo haben. Sehr nette Betreuung durch den Eigentümer Luigi.

Pro: Velmi pěkně rekonstruovaný byt s balkónem a výhledem na moře. V obýváku rozkládací pohovka, na spaní celkem pohodlná, matrace v ložnici naprosto bez výhrad, velmi pohodlná. K dispozici ložní prádlo i ručníky. V kuchyni je dostatečné množství nádobí včetně pánví a hrnců, na základní vaření naprosto dostačuje, k dispozici jsou i oleje, balzamikový ocet, sůl a něco málo koření. Největší výhodou apartmánu je pár kroků vzdálený bazén i moře. Parkování v rámci areálu, vstup s bezpečnostním kódem. Kdo je citlivý na svůj vůz, doporučuji plachtu- někteří místní jí používají - ze stromů kape pryskyřice a sedí na nich dost holubů.
Contro: V kuchyni byl kapslový kávovar, na uvítanou by nebylo špatné přidat pár kapslí, ale to je jen detail ke zlepšení, který neovlivní mé hodnocení 😀

Pro: Ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě – jen pár kroků od pláže, což bylo ideální pro naše malé dítě, které si nejvíc užívalo právě moře. Z balkonu byl krásný výhled. Majitel byl velmi milý a vstřícný, doporučil nám restaurace, obzvlášť jsme ocenili restauraci Terrazza Mare, která má nejen krásný výhled na moře, ale i výbornou kuchyni a příjemnou obsluhu. Byli jsme tam několikrát na večeři nebo oběd a vždy jsme odcházeli spokojení. Pro dítě mají v nabídce hranolky/brambory s kuřecími kousky/řízek. Ubytování je ideální pro rodinu s jedním dítětem – rozkládací gauč byl pohodlný a kvalitní, stejně jako hlavní postel. Potěšily nás i prostorné skříně, kam se vešlo vše potřebné. Koupelna byla čistá, parkování přímo u domu a v ceně, což byla další výhoda.
Contro: Kávovar byl pouze na kapsle, což nemusí každému vyhovovat, a toastovač, který byl uveden, jsme v apartmánu nenašli.

Pro: Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr schön und mit extrem leiser Klimaanlage eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Schritte. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt, mit tollem Pool. Der Besitzer Luigi und der Housekeeper Francis sind sehr nett. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Pro: We really enjoyed the stay. Luigi was very friendly and waiting for us at arrival as agreed via message. He explained everything and made sure we are satisfied. The location is really nice if you are seeking calm and relax. You have own place at the beach which is just at the doorstep, whole compound is well maintained and full of greens and there is a huge swimming pool and kids pool. Apartment is fresh and clean, and contains all the amenities for your stay. Parking is a big plus.

Perfekte Lage mit Meerblick
Pro: Die Kommunkikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr verlässlich. Die Lage ist direkt am Strand. Die Wohnanlage ist zwar aus den 70-er Jahren, aber das Appartment ist komplett neu renoviert und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Eine schönes Bad mit guter Dusche, ein bequemes Bett, genug Platz im Kleiderschrank, ein praktische Küche und vom Balkon aus hat man Meeresblick. Auch ist die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber und die Gärten super gepflegt.
Contro: Bis auf dass wir uns eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads oder Kapseln gewünscht hätten war alles vorhanden was man braucht.
