Contro: trattandosi di un appartamento, aggiungerei qualcosa di basico tipo un rotolo di scottex in cucina o un paio di bottiglie di acqua in frigo. Ma sono dettagli.

Cosy, contemporary, quiet, and clean apartment in the heart of Chioggia.

Pro: Excellent choice for those who like to stay in a quiet location, but still just a few steps from the canals and historical city centre main street. The apartment has a nice view of the side canal and docked fishing ships. The ladies from the concierge were simply great and went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. As the bedroom didn't have lamps on the night stands, they brought their personal lamp. Also, they offered us to have a late check out without additional costs. It's that warmly human attitude that makes all the difference.

Contro: To add lamps by the bed for discrete reading. All else was perfect.

Comfortable luxury in the most characteristic context

Pro: Every single aspect of the stay was carefully thought thoroughly by the owners. The kitchen was really well stocked. The design upbeat and fresh. Bedroom idyllic, sitting room ample, and nicely laid out. The rental team were superb.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem quirligen Städtchen

Pro: Das Apartment ist wirklich ansprechend und sehr schön renoviert und ausgestattet. Besonders die Klimatisierung im Schlafzimmer und im Wohn-/Essbereich war in den heißen Tagen unseres Aufenthalts extrem wichtig! Obwohl in der Nähe des Hafens und zahlreichen Restaurants haben die Fenster den Lärm super draußen gelassen. Toll war auch der große Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlbereich und die Möglichkeit, eine Waschmaschine nutzen zu können. Unsere Absprechpartnerin Giorgia war ständig zu erreichen, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten - sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthalts.

Contro: Nicht besonders einladend ist der nicht gerade saubere Hausflur / das Treppenhaus des Gebäudes sowie die Hausfassade. Die Bewohner der Etage über dieser Ferienwohnung waren nicht gerade leise. Auch die Tatsache, dass man in Chioggia generell außerhalb Parkmöglichkeiten nutzen kann, fanden wir bei den heißen, luftfeuchten Temperaturen nach 1 Woche etwas lästig.

Pro: Tolle Lage direkt in Chioggia am Fischereihafen. Zu Fuß kann man alles schnell erreichen. Ganz nette, tolle Gastgeberin. Parken kann mann wenige Minuten von der Unterkunft im Parkhaus. Die Wohnung ist allerdings etwas hellhörig, Italien halt.

Fantastyczny pobyt.

Pro: Bardzo komfortowy, duży apartament. Doskonale wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja. Sama miejscowość Chioggia bardzo urokliwa. Fantastyczny kontakt z wynajmujący.

Great place to have a rest!

Pro: There are several good places to eat nearby. There is also a good restaurant on the ground floor.

Contro: Very noisy upstairs neighbors.

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt

Pro: Eine genaue Beschreibung , wo das Büro liegt wäre hilfreich. Der Taxifahrer , der uns vom Bahnhof in Chioggia ins Zentrum fuhr konnte die Adresse nicht finden.

Contro: Der sehr freundliche Empfang und die zahlreichen guten Tipps , die wir erhielten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Die Stadt zu erkunden macht viel Spass.
