Pro: Good kitchen equipment, beds comfortable and soft. Place and other stuff according to the price. Kind and responsive hostess.

Contro: There was no pan in kitchen and need for better knife. The kitchen needs bigger table. The apartment has small defects that do not interfere with living. Parking in yard costs 5 euro per night.

Nice big apartment with big comfy beds and neat lighting option in master bedroom

Pro: Big clean apartment with big balcony. Big beds and master bedroom had neat colorful lighting option. Had everything needed for longer stay and option for private parking (street parking also possible). The owner was super helpful, even lended her own drying rack.

Pro: The apartment is bigger than we expected. Very clean. It takes 20mn to drive to Venice. If you park car infront of the building, it is free. If you want to avoid any problem during night time, you pay 5 euro per night to park inside yard. You should contact owner in advance to tell arrival time so he/she can ask helper to open the door.Don't forget there is 4 euro city tax per person that you need to pay by cash when you check in.

Contro: Venice is hot and there is only 1 air-conditioner at entrance. No air-conditioner in 3 bedrooms. We need to open all doors at night to catch some cold air from air-conditioner at entrance. If owner could provide each room atleast a fan, it will help alot.

Very convenient location. Great for families with kids.

Pro: A nice host. Very convenient location. It took us 15 minutes to get to the Old Venice by car. There is also a great supermarket close to the place. The apartment is nice and spacious. We have three kids and it was very convenient to stay at Casa Gena. There is also a parking space close to the house.

Contro: Several dishes were a bit dirty. The bath needs some repair: there is water coming out in unexpected directions).
