Pro: Appartamento da fuori non dice niente ma dentro è abbastanza curato, pulito e ordinato

Contro: Abbiamo alloggiato una notte,la possibilità di poter entrare solo dopo le 16:00 ed uscire non oltre alle 10:00 è veramente troppo restrittivo. Eravamo in 5 e abbiamo trovato solo un asciugamano a testa e con quella dovevano fare doccia bidè e viso ,un asciugamano in più per poche ore e una bella cifra pagata la potevamo meritare.

Pro: l'appartamento era molto carino e funzionale. Vicino al mare, posto tranquillo e pulito. Siamo stati benissimo.

All in all, alright.

Pro: Location is good and value for the money. Nice and easy communication with the hosts.

Contro: Towels. For 4 days, 5 people, we received the total of 5 towels. So that was 1 towel per person for all 4 days!

OK for a few days at Jesolo

Pro: Great position between Piazza Marina and Piazza Aurora just about 150m from the beach in a not too busy and relatively calm area. Easy check-in and key return. I received a message with a code to pick up the key from a key box in front of a rental agency about 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment that is located on the third floor of the Ristorante Moreno building. Communication with the agency via WhatsApp worked very well during the entire stay. The apartment consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with each a double and a single bed, and a bathroom with hot shower, toilet/bidet as well as a washing machine in front of the door. Sheets and towels were available free of charge. On both sides of the apartment there are small balconies, one of them with a partly ocean view. We also received a key card for the nearby parking lot. Overall nice but nothing special. Ok for the price we paid.

Contro: The apartment appeared somehow used up, uninviting and poorly maintained. For example, paint was coming of the walls and the bathroom window did not move due to corrosion. Lamps in the kitchen and bedrooms generated an unpleasant, cold light and there were not even pictures on the wall or other features that would help to make it cozy or feel at home. Also the outside area with two old and dirty chairs did not really invite us to sit down and relax. The bedrooms are large enough for a double bed, but seem overloaded with the single beds aside which are positioned in front of the balcony doors and are in the way when someone wants to exit. The apartment looked clean only at the first glance. I eventually had to contact the agency because there were lots of dust underneath the beds. Very kind though that they sent someone next morning to clean up the concerned areas.

Tolle Lage, sehr gemütlich und sauber, Ausstattung in einem sehr guten Zustand. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Pro: Super Lage, Parkplatz 200m um die Ecke. Tolles Lokal mit super netten Besitzer im Erdgeschosd. Alles top!

Contro: Alles war top, nur ein Geschirrspüler wäre noch toll gewesen

Saubere Unterkunft ganz nah am Strand

Pro: Das Apartment war sauber und geräumig. Es hatte genug Stauraum und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, genug warme Decken waren auch vorhanden. Es war etwa 100 m vom Strand entfernt. Unser Aufenthalt dort war wirklich sehr angenehm!

Pro: Pentru o familie, apartamentul a fost excelent raportat la pret. In apropiere plaja, restaurante, magazine si aproape de Venetia unde se ajunge usor la port. Recomand.

Pro: 150 m od moře, 100 m od parkoviště turistické středisko, kde je život a rušno, ale zároveň kde jsou úplně klidné noci bez jakéhokoliv ruchu velmi dobře vybavený apartmán, čistá koupelna, kuchyň se spotřebiči a nádobím

Waren sehr zufrieden

Pro: Gute Lage, Waschmaschine im Apartment sehr praktisch. Moderne Klimaanlage

Contro: Ein Geschirrspüler wäre noch super. Etwas hellhörige Wände

Pro: Big space, air conditioning in every room. Self check-in/check-out. Proximity to the beach. Very comfortable beds. The blinds are very efficient. Kitchen well-equipped.

Contro: The building is not the nicest and the balcony is facing the street and not the sea. No soap in the bathroom and not enough toilet paper provided. Half a roll for 4 people for 6 days is not enough. In April there were ants in the kitchen and bathroom, although we cleaned and didn't leave any food outside, but I hope it was because of the weather and this was solved afterwards.
