Uno splendido appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort
Pro: L'appartamento è molto bello e ben organizzato nonostante le dimensioni contenute. Ci è stato consegnato in anticipo perfettamente pulito e già completo di tutto il necessario. Erano presenti anche dettagli che ci hanno stupito positivamente come le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, un grande set di asciugamani e una console di videogiochi. La posizione è ottima perché molto silenziosa e con diretto accesso al mare nonostante si trovi in una zona molto frequentata. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno fornito indicazioni dettagliate per ogni necessità.
Contro: Nel complesso non c'è nessun punto negativo da segnalare. Cito un aspetto secondario sperando di essere utile ad altri viaggiatori. La posizione dell'ombrellone fornito assieme alla casa è molto arretrata, si trova attorno alle 16ma fila. Per chi come noi preferisce una posizione più avanzata non è il massimo e trovare un ombrellone libero la settimana di ferragosto è complesso. Conoscere in anticipo la posizione approssimativa dell'ombrellone ci avrebbe permesso di prenotarne un altro in anticipo. Naturalmente potevamo chiedere ma non ci abbiamo pensato. Trovare indicazioni nella scheda avrebbe aiutato.

Appartamento fronte piscina e mare, con ottima dotazione
Pro: Appartamento accogliente e molto ben equipaggiato: ottima fornitura asciugamani, dotazione cucina (sia come quantità che varietà, davvero complimenti al proprietario!) e prodotti per la pulizia. Nell’appartamento sono presenti lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Bagno cieco ma con un buon impianto di aerazione. A due passi (ma due davvero!) dalla piscina del residence e dal mare. Posizione eccezionale! Nei paraggi c’è tutto: supermercato, bar/pasticceria, ristoranti, negozi, farmacia… Host super disponibile e gentile, il giorno dell’arrivo ci ha dato tante informazioni tramite whatsapp (così da poterle riconsultate in caso di necessità) e, anche durante il soggiorno, ci è stato di supporto. L’ unica nota (seppur irrilevanti per il nostro breve soggiorno) è la seconda camera che non è una camera separata ma una nicchia all’ingresso, divisa da porta a soffietto. Avendo due bimbe piccole (e non avendo trovato un ottimo meteo) abbiamo apprezzato la smart tv (con Netflix e Disney+).

Pro: The location is sooo nice.. it is calm yet right in front of the beach.. very convenient for families with kids as you don't have to pack a lot to go to the beach. The apartment is newly furnished and we didn't need more than what was there.. there were also towels, which is good. I want to take the opportunity to talk about the host Marco who took our vacation to a new level.. he was always available for any questions, whether it is related to the property or not, like where to eat where to shop ... any thing we had in mind, he certainly had an answer to. Thank you so much, and I definitely recommend this apartment.
Contro: Would have been nice to find hand soap, as we arrived and wanted to wash and change, but there was no soap

Comfortable apartment walking distance from the beach with extremely helpful and welcoming host
Pro: The host Marcus was wonderful, he met us at arrival and shared very helpful information about the area and how to get around

Pro: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt – die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem und alles wirkt gemütlich und einladend. Auch der persönliche Service der Inhaber mit den hilfreichen Informationen war großartig.

Alles in allem eine sehr tolle Wohnung und ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter 😊
Pro: Die Wohnung ist renoviert und sehr gemütlich. Es fehlte an nichts. Es gibt TV mit Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc, WLAN, Staubsauger, Spülmaschine und Tabs, Waschmaschine und Waschmittel, Reinigungsmittel, Handtücher usw... Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, alles wird unkompliziert über WhatsApp kommuniziert. Der Pool war sehr sauber und das Wasser sehr angenehm temperiert.
Contro: Die Lage vom Sonnenschirm ist sehr weit hinten. Die Betten waren nicht sehr bequem und der Parkplatz ist immer voll weshalb wir für 100 € einen Tiefgaragenplatz gemietet haben.
