Lagoon View Apartment

Comfortable apartment in a good location

Pro: The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need for a good stay. It is located in a very quiet area with a nice view of the lagoon, it is possible to park for free on the street and it is a few meters from the bus stop that takes you to the vaporetto station, with several lines to get around Venice. The owners have been very kind, facilitating check in and check out, providing extra information and also leaving some basic things for daily use in the house.

Contro: Minor comment, the living room sofa bed for sleeping is comfortable for children, but not for adults.

Angenehmer Venedig-Aufenthalt abseits des Touristentrubels mit guter Verbindung Lido-Zentrum

Pro: Einfaches aber gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit Blick auf die Lagune. Alles blitzsauber und angenehm. Bushaltestelle + kleines Restaurant/Pizzeria 100m entfernt. Busfahrt zum Hafen Lido SME dauert 5min, von dort gute Anbindung zur Piazza San Marco.

Pro: Wat ouder maar charmant appartement. Heel warm maar met airco net te doen. Het was schoon en netjes. Koffieapparaat met cups aanwezig. Op korte afstand van Venetië centrum maar buskaart, etc wel aan te raden. Op Lido wel ruim voldoende restaurants en stranden(de mooie wel betaald)

Contro: Douche was een matig straaltje. Luiken gaan dicht maar zijn oud en lijken snel uit elkaar te vallen.

Pro: Sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum sauberen Strand nur 350m. Bushaltestelle um ins Zentrum zu gelangen fast vor der Tür. Sehr netter Gastgeber, hilft bei allen Fragen. Nur zu empfehlen.

Kopumā esam apmierināti

Pro: Brokastis un vakariņas gatavojām paši. Virtuve aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo. Dzīvoklis ir plašs un ērts. Ir viss nepieciešamais ērtai atpūtai . Ērta nokļūšana no kuģīšu piestātnes (ar autobusu 5 min., ar kājām 25 min.).

Contro: Vienā no trīs istabām ir 2 vienvietīgās gultas (matracis uz metāla kājām ), kas nebijā tik ļoti ērti (šauri un matracis reizēm izbīdījās...). Diezgan neērti nokļūt uz pludmali (tuvāk ir privātās pludmales, bet padārgi; bezmaksas pludmale patālu).

Pro: This is a very nice apartment, with kind and welcoming host. We had a really pleasant stay.

Bellissima!! I'd stay here again! And worth splashing out on private water taxi (esp with luggage)

Pro: Monica provided an excellent experience all around. Communication was quick and easy over WhatsApp. We chose to get a private water taxi from the train station and when I told her, she spoke to the driver to direct him to a jetty less than 5 minutes from our accommodation. Her colleague met us and helped with bags. Settling payment was quick and easy and he explained to us how and where to get the bus to the ferry terminal, and recommended his favorite gelateria. She left us wine, water, fruit and coffee and the apartment was well equipped with washing machine (amazing glassed in balcony for drying clothes), dishwasher, detergent, enough towels, shower gel. We loved the furnishings. Also provided an excellent folder of information. Amazing water view from every balcony! A wonderful spot in a residential area but still an easy journey to tourist-filled Venice.
