Nice comfortable space for a short stay, especially if travelling by car.

Pro: Very comfortable space for a family - bedroom had double bed and bunk beds. Very clean space, washing machine was a bonus. Private parking space, and secure gates to the property. Kitchen is well furnished. Well connected to public transport - bus 53E takes directly to Venice bis station in 30-40 minutes.

Contro: Kitchen didn’t have a dishwasher (though it is also not specified as available in the description), it would be an advantage. What we missed are few bowls to have cereals/yoghurt in the kitchen, toaster and a water kettle. What guests should also be aware is that the property is brand new, and hence has an electrical water heater for shower - this has a limited 80L capacity. If an entire family needs to shower then hot water can runnout easily.

Pro: Brand new apartment, very clean, the kitchen was well equipped to have breakfast. The location was good for visiting Venice and the host was really friendly.

Contro: On the first night we ran out of the warm water despite of the fact that we had just a quick shower but it didn’t happen again

Pro: I loved everything about the property it was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and the atmosphere made me feel completely relaxed.

Contro: Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Pro: It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hosts (Gigi and Mirella) and they showed us the apartment. It was pretty late and we hadn’t had dinner so we asked where we can go. They drove us to a restaurant and then drove us back to the apartment!! It was very unexpected and incredibly nice from them. They are doing above and beyond for their guests. Also, it was very clean, well-organised and well-equipment. There was even a laundry machine. The kitchen had everything needed if one would like to cook. They also left us coffee capsules, different types of sweets, tea and water. Lastly, the location was very convenient. We bus station is 2 min away and there is a bus that goes directly to the station Santa Lucia in Venice.

Contro: Everything was perfect.

Pro: Only coffee and nothing else..Generally the offer was very poor. Some biscuits counted in one hand fingers

Contro: I believe that it had the potential to offer more according the price of the place. Even in the bathroom there wasn't liquid soap for the hands shampoo.. there were not hangers for the towels. Because of the wet environment there were a lot of mosquitoes and nothing prevented them from bit and annoy Generally luxury accommodation

Its a new unit that need a little more items to be a perfect unit to stay near Venice

Pro: Cozy and clean, lot of space if you are bringing a lot of stuff. wide parking space Main door of the unit is build for safety. I like it Quiet place near a church and a cafeteria

Contro: things missing: soap/shampoo holder inside the shower room tower hangers inside the bathroom soap holder on the sink cloth hooks inside the room individual switch for screen and window shutter screen going to main balcony, so you can open the door without getting insects inside the unit

Contro: Des usines à proximité mais pas vraiment gênant

Contro: Inconsistently English-speaking hosts Slow response times Unreliable hot water provision

Pro: Super appart, propre, neuf,rien n y manque, et à 15 minutes de venise en voiture. A recommander, super accueil....

Pro: Recomand ! Totul este nou , curat , liniște , aproape de stație de autobuz .

Contro: Totul a fost plăcut la proprietate , îi mulțumim mult ! Nimic de reproșat ! Ps: De știut ! Nu există uber sau taxi în caz de aveți zbor foarte devreme , efectiv nu aveți cu ce ajunge la aeroport . Autobuzul 53 E merge în 2 locații diferite !
