Pro: Casa molto grande, pulita e ben rifinita. Ottima anche per 4 persone. A due passi dalla stazione di Mestre. Proprietari gentili e disponibili.

Contro: Nulla in particolare

Venezia ad un passo

Pro: Cordialità e disponibilità del host. Comfort e pulizia della casa. Zona molto tranquilla e riservata.

Contro: Distanza da market e bar (...ma non è colpa del host☺️)

Excellent base to explore Venice

Pro: The apartment is super comfy and spotless clean, really nice host. The beds are comfortable and the fact that there are blinds on the windows made our sleep even better, as you can darken the room to your liking (helps with the heat too). The kitchen is equipped with basic stuff for 4 people. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Yes, the shower is a bit narrow but not a problem. Short walk to the bus stop to Venice (5 min) and to the train station (10min). 2 supermarkets relatively close, reachable on foot. There is only one air conditioning unit in the apartment, on the hallway, so you have to open the bedroom doors to cool down the room.

Pro: The apartment is spacious, very clean and quiet and it has everything you need to feel at home. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from Venice Mestre train station. The owner is very friendly and responsive. I would gladly return again.

Pro: Great location, comfortable place, everything had been thought. I absolutely advise. You can go to Venice with 6 or 6L bus, it pass where so close stop next to home.

Pro: Everything was very nice, I think we were lucky to seat at this accommodation during our visit to Venice. Close to the train station, not far from a couple of supermarkets (7-8 min walking). The apartment is spacious, well equipped, bedrooms are comfortable. Christina provided us with the practical tips about the stay.

Contro: It is not about the property itself, but I didn’t expect that there are mosquitoes in Venice and left the window open in the night until realized my mistake. As a result, the first 2 nights I didn’t sleep well because of mosquitos.

Pro: ヴェネツィアメストレ駅から歩いて5分の住宅地にあり、便利で静かな好立地 ヴェネツィア島への往復に利用するバス停までは歩いて2分、かつ便数も充分にありストレス無し 部屋は4人家族で過ごせる広さや設備を備えていて、清潔に管理されている 大型のスーパーマーケットが徒歩圏内にあり長期滞在にも適している

Pro: Πολύ μεγάλο διαμέρισμα , 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον σταθμό των τρένων για Βενετία . Τα τρένα περνούν κάθε 10- 15 λεπτά. Πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο και σε ήσυχη γειτονιά. Πολύ εύκολο ckeck in

Contro: Μικρό πρόβλημα με την απορρόφηση του νερού στην ντουζιέρα. Ο βραστήρας νερού δεν δούλευε

Eine preiswerte Unterkunft an Toplage für einen Besuch in Venedig.

Pro: Cristina, die Gastgeberin, empfing uns herzlich und die Schlüsselübergabe klappte super. Ein grosses Plus ist der geschlossene, sichere Privatparkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Wohnung war sehr gross, blitzsauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das WLAN war stark und die Umgebung, nahe am Bahnhof, resp. unmittelbar vor einer Bushaltestelle, von der die Busse direkt in 10 Minuten nach Venedig fuhren, sehr ideal für den Besuch der schönen Stadt Venedig ohne Stress. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen sehr empfehlen, die Venedig besuchen möchten.
