Venice New Luxury Penthouse - free parking and roof terrace

Pro: Unbelievable home. Out of this world. Try this for sure.

Super location, clean and modern, air conditioner, all good.

Pro: Great location beside public transport to Venice. Apartments was clean and spacious and parking was available and secure. Highly recommended. Also great communication from owner.

Contro: Not a complaint, maybe a little more delph, only 3 breakfast bowls for 4 of us. We also missed a coffee maker, was just a little single Moka pot.

Very nice and memorable stay and vist to Venice

Pro: Good location, close (2 minutes walk) direct tram T1 to Venice (1,50 one way ticket you can pay contactless in a tram) Free private parking, two bathrooms one of which in a master bedroom. Close to restaurant street with a good choices and quality service. Very spacious apartments on the top floor with a very comfortable beds and furniture. Property pictures are very accurate.

Contro: Would be nice to have a complementary basic starter pack for cooking, like oil, salt and pepper, sugar, maybe a bit of coffee for the in-house mokka. We arrived by car a bit close to closing times of supermarkets, but were lucky to buy some at the Aldi supermarket close by. Airco worked a bit strange, or I could not figure out how it works.

Luxury apartment in a fantastic location - highly recommended!

Pro: The apartment is beautiful, absolutely massive, very elegantly decorated and finished, the wooden flooring is amazing. A lovely large sun room adjoins the equally spacious lounge, both of which have comfortable L shaped sofas and tables and chairs to sit six comfortably. Very clean, modern luxury apartment – the location is perfect, with great restaurants in walking distance (Il Timone – great pizzas and lovely staff!) and some amazing restaurants in Mestre town centre, 5 minutes by car. Venice is so easy to get to as well, 200 metres to the tram stop and then only 15 minutes and €1.50 and you are there! Very reasonable pricing, couldn't ask for more!

Excellent stay.

Pro: The property is exceptionally in cleanliness and beauty.

Contro: Lack of electric kettle, toaster, salt. It would have gone a long way. No bottled water either as that would have helped since we got there very late. Otherwise the place was marvellous.

Pro: Everything was splendid! Make sure you have time to enjoy this apartment because it’s really tasteful and luxurious. It’s a spacious apartment of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room with a dining zone, kitchen and an amazing terrace. Provided with all the necessary equipment and utilities. Parking on the territory of the house is an advantage. Easy check in and check out.

Pro: The accommodation was very spacious and nice. The location where you can catch the tram was close and good.

Overall it was a good stay with some disappointments.

Pro: Smart TVs, spacious lounge, parking at the property

Contro: No washing machine, bad smell on the enclosed balcony, very small shower cubicles.

Easy and comfortae to get to Venice

Contro: Elevator was not working

Our boys loved big beds and TV in every room!
