Casa Verde a Venezia

Pro: Very friendly and supportive owner who explained and showed us everything. The apartment is authentic but very clean. The kitchen has a dishwasher and an oven, which saves time when staying with kids. Parking is free. You can travel to Venice’s historic town by bus, which stops nearby.

Un très bon séjour, idéalement situé.

Pro: L’appartement était très bien situé, avec le bus qui mène à Venise juste en bas de l’immeuble. L’appartement été très propre avec tout les équipements nécessaires à un court ou long séjour. Des restaurants et magasins à proximité qui été facilement joignable à pied. Mina a été très gentille et répondais vite et bien à nos questions.

Contro: Les 3 étages à monter, pas d’ascenseur.

Pro: Very well situated with the bus stop just facing the apartment to catch the bus leading directly to Venezia. Large apartment. Mina and Medhi were welcoming and answered quite quickly to our questions or needs. Thank you very much.

Contro: Probably need to renew some equipment in the kitchen and bathroom

Pro: Clean & cozy, very good communication with the host Right over the treet from the bus station for venice (aprox 30mins to venice) and 1km aeay from Mestre city center

The perfect place for a family.

Pro: The apartment was cleaned and neat, the kitchen was nicely equipped with all necessary appliances, plates and pots, the AC made our stay very comfortable, the neighbourhood was quiet and we could sleep comfortably, I loved the times we spent there and i would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Venice, the bus stop is at the street corner and it takes approximately 25 minutes to get to the centre and train station.

Bien pour un séjour à Venise

Pro: Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Ma propriétaire est sympathique et disponible. Facilité pour garer la voiture.

Contro: Prévoir de la crème anti-moustique car malheureusement il n’y avait pas de moustiquaire dans certaines pièces.

Pro: Parcare gratuită, pe stradă in fața blocului, stație de autobuz lânga bloc spre Veneția, apartament mare spatios, bucătărie echipată cu tot ce trebuie, gazda foarte amabilă si primitoare.

Contro: Etaj 3, fără lift.
