Accoglienza molto superiore ai canoni standard e ottimo prezzo

Pro: Cucina dotata di tutto quanto necessario. Piastre a induzione, macchina per il caffè e ampia dotazione di capsule

Contro: Tutto mi è piaciuto. Gentilezza estrema del conduttore che ci è anche venuto incontro per custodire i bagagli dopo il check out, fino alla sera

Excellent location to access Venice.

Pro: Close proximity to the bus stop that takes you straight to Venice. Washing machine was handy during the stay. Spacious but kitchen area can feel a bit crowded. The host was very helpful in arranging my luggage to be stored well before check in allowing me the w tire afternoon exploring Venice luggage-free.

Contro: Cleaning of the sheets could be better as lots of hair present. Sound proofing is non-existent and you will hear television and conversations from adjacent neighbours. There is a faint sewerage smell at times but it is throughout the building and is likely due to old plumbing infrastructure.

Exzellentes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Pro: Sehr gute Lage, in relativ ruhiger Seitenstraße, Bahnhof und Bus in direkter Nähe. Sehr saubere, moderne Ferienwohnung, Klimaanlage, Föhn, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln, sogar Duschbad und Bodylotion. Die Betten sind super, gute Matratzen. Sehr netter Vermieter, bei Fragen sofort da.

Contro: Die Urlauber in der Nachbarwohnung waren recht laut, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Ich habe dann im anderen Zimmer geschlafen und dort nichts gehört.

Apartamento agradable, limpio y bien cuidado.

Pro: Recomendable apartamento si quieres visitar Venecia. A 3 min de la estación de tren que te lleva en 10 min a Venecia. El piso está bastante limpio y se está muy cómodo. El único aspecto negativo es el barrio en el que se encuentra (no peligroso pero normalito)

blisko Wenecji i wygodnie

Pro: Mieszkanko świeżo po remoncie, ładnie urządzone ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, jakie są przydatne na kilka dni podczas zwiedzania Wenecji (ekspres do kawy i kilka kapsułek, wyposażona kuchnia ze wszystkim co potrzeba do gotowania posiłków, pralka z kapsułkami, żelazko i deska, suszarka, słoneczny balkon z widokiem na ładną okolicę, zamykane rolety). Bardzo szybki i łatwy dojazd - na Wenecję i z-do lotniska - kilka autobusów zaraz pod mieszkaniem (10min trwa przejazd na stację Piazzale Roma - miejsce gdzie zatrzymuje się transport) oraz niedaleko stacja kolejowa (kilka minut na piechotę). Okolica spokojna, mieszkalna, z dużym sklepem Interspar niedaleko, barami i restauracjami. Polecam każdemu kto chce taniej wynająć nocleg i móc zwiedzać wenecję każdego dnia, o każdej porze.

Contro: przydałyby się podstawowe przyprawy, np. sól - to mały koszt dla właściciela a duży komfort dla najemcy
