Pro: appartamento spazioso pulito accogliente, letto comodo , molto vicino alla fermata del tram per andare a Venezia, vicino ad un supermercato

Pro: Uno dei soggiorni più piacevoli che abbia fatto fin ora a Mestre. Appartamento pulito, confortevole e con tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno. Non è stato subito facile da trovare in quanto l'ingresso alla palazzina rimane un po' nascosto, ma basta controllare bene e si trova il cancelletto con a fianco il numero civico. In ogni caso si tratta di una zona davvero molto tranquilla e la proprietaria ha indicato sia nei citofoni che all' esterno della porta il nome dell' appartamento (fornendo istruzioni anche via messaggio; segno di precisione, sicuramente molto apprezzato) così che è impossibile sbagliarsi. Come già anticipato, al mio arrivo ho trovato una sistemazione davvero molto carina, pulita e organizzata, in cui è impossibile non sentirsi a casa. Sicuramente un' esperienza che consiglio e rifarei volentieri.

Pro: It is a very spacious apartment, located close to Marco Polo airport. There are also convenient connections to Venice city center. Air conditioning was very helpful during jest wave in Italy. It is worth to know that AC is in the living room with kitchenette, not in the bedroom. But for us it was sufficient. The host is very responsive and flexible which was very helpful for amending the check-in time for us.

Perfect

Pro: There’s everything you need, including an umbrella, a drying rack, dishes and utensils. The bed is very comfortable, soft. The place is quiet which is difficult to find around Venice. The host was very friendly in the messages but we never saw her because there was self-check-in (which is also more convenient).

Local experience with easy access to all the major sites

Pro: Lovely clean local apartment near various food/bar options and amenities like pharmacy and supermarket. The locals are pleasant and the cost of living ie eating out, buying groceries, is on the cheaper end making it easier on the holiday budget. Quiet secure building with apartment on first floor accessible only by stairs. Air conditioner works well and there is a full size fridge. Shutters on the windows make it black inside for those who need that to sleep like us. Location is right on the public transport line which is perfect for very regular buses and trams to all major areas and because the building is not on the road you cannot hear all that traffic.

Contro: The bed was saggy in the middle which meant we rolled into each other all night. The shower is over the bath which is recessed so if you’re taller than 5’8” you have to sit/kneel to use the hand shower or have a bath rather than stand. My husband just fitted standing whilst I fitted fine. Not a big issue unless you really hate sitting to wash.

Pro: Very nice and cosy accomodation with great access to the historical centre of Venice. The tram and bus station is right outside the house with trams leaving directly to Venice every few minutes 🤩. The supermarket is just a five minutes walk from the house. The accommodation was clean, spacious, with air conditioning and a kitchen with everything you might need during your trip 🤩. Also miss Sara was always happy to help when needed.

Pro: Excellent host and a great location. Will definately use again when visiting Venice. Recommend to anyone viewing this page. Tram to Venice T1 is a short walk, less then 5 minutes.

Nice stay at the gate to Venice

Pro: We liked the apartment. It was spacious and had everything that we needed. It also located in the nice area of Mestre that is residential and quiet and yet with direct access to center of Mestre and to Venice. Sara is very friendly hosts, responding very promptly to all our messages.

Contro: This is not really related to the property itself. The only complication is that there is no direct connection to the airport. You have to go via on of the stops in the centre of Mestre and with luggage it takes extra effort. But this is not a big deal and we would stay in the property again.

Excelent, good host, nice location, free parking space just in front of the house

Pro: The accomodation was comfortable. Good host provided all required informations. The parking place is provided just in front of house and it is free of charge. Location is excelent. Nereby, there is supermarket, pharmacy and tram to get you to Venice very easy. Everything is excelent!

Contro: Good location and very nice and comfortable appartment.
