Pro: Very nice and clean property. Owner was very nice. Called few hours ago before checkIn. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Contro: Nothing bad.

Pro: The hosts are very friendly, supportive, and tolerant (for being late on our check-out). The sheets were white and clean (a professional cleaning service provider is engaged). The apartment is spacious and located near the bus station (to/from Venice) in a calm area. Having parking for 2 cars was very convenient.

Contro: More efforts are needed to keep the apartment cleaner.

Would absolutely book again

Pro: Such a big house, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the house had this welcoming air

Excellent - if you eat out!

Pro: Location- 10 mins walk from Venice Mestre railway station. 5 mins walk to bus stops, so very convenient. Grocery stores just 5 mins walk. Kitchen, living cum dining and 1 bedroom downstairs with a double bed. 2 bedrooms- 1 with a double bed & 1 with a double bed & a single bed & bathroom upstairs. Lots of storage in the rooms, clean beds and sheets. Good sleep due to window shutters. Big and clean washroom with WC and shower in the same room. Flat screen tv with YouTube. Very secure compound.

Contro: Very small kitchen with just 1 frying pan and 1 sauce pan, no other pots and pans. Lots of plates and adequate cutlery. The property can sleep at least 7 people but it will be very difficult to cook for many people in the tiny kitchen. Shower curtain was very dirty and overall cleanliness could have been better.

Very good treatment. I would repeat.

Pro: The facilities are very good. Very friendly staff. There was a problem with the reservation and they solved it and even gave us a discount. I would definitely repeat.

Pro: Apartamentai centre, patogus susisiekimas. Malonus ir rūpestingas šeimininkas. Namai tvarkingi, rankšluosčiai ir patalynės švarios. Yra ventiliatoriai.

Contro: Labai karšta namuose, atsidarius langus, oras sunkiai patenka į vidų, labai tvanku. Nelabai jaukūs namai. Virtuvė skurdi.

Pro: Дуже сподобався господар. Привітливий і доброзичливий. Зручні ліжка і подушки. Великі шафи.

Pro: La atencion del jiven fue muy amable. Las camas comodisimas y los espacios muy amplios, nos dejaron fruta y tostadas, eso es un gran detalle Lo unico negativo es que el baño esta en la 1 planta por lo que si viajas con adultos mayores, deberan subir una escalera para ir al baño.

Pro: The house is in a very good location, close to a bus station to Venice and a grocery shop. It's very spacious and comfortable for a family. It has a tiny yard and a nice balcony. The host was very good nice.
