FILIGRANA House by Sleep in MURANO

Pro: Appartamento curato nel dettaglio, confortevole, completo di tutto. Vicino alla fermata del battello. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

Contro: Dalla descrizione non avevo capito che la stanza dei due letti singoli fosse il soppalco di una camera matrimoniale, ma avendo due bambine é andata benissimo così

Pro: La posizione è ottima. Appartamento grande con 2 bei bagni curati. La macchina del caffè elettrica con le capsule è stato un particolare molto apprezzato.

Contro: Il letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera era scomodo, formato da due brandine e un materasso sottile dal quale si sentivano le barre di metallo. Inoltre il piumone d’agosto era davvero troppo. Ed essendo inserito nel compri piumone non ho potuto toglierlo. Questo l’unico neo.

Great place to stay with family

Pro: The beds were comfortable! It was much quieter and calmer than staying in Venice. Easily reachable directly from venice airport and easy to get to venice proper using the 7, 4.1, 4.2. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of kitchenware. The place was very clean. Dario and Elodie were wonderful and communication was very prompt. Amenities were within easy walking distance.

Contro: The physical set up is a bit odd as the 3rd bedroom is directly linked to the 2nd bedroom through stairs. This can make it difficult for people sleeping up there to go to the washroom at night without waking others and requires using stairs at night. It is also warmer on the 3rd floor despite AC - a fan would be a good idea. The TV on the 2nd floor was glitchy. These are minor things though.

Tranquility in beautiful Venice

Pro: This house was perfect for a family stay with 2 teenagers. We loved the modern design it had everything we needed. The house was situated in a quiet courtyard a short walk from the river bus stop on Murano from which we were able to explore Venice every day using the reliable boat services ( we bought 3 day passes). Murano was lovely and peaceful, plenty of choices of places to eat, local shops and supermarket nearby etc.

Nice to relax on quiet Murano in the evening after the crush of humanity encountered on Venice.

Pro: Not applicable. Breakfast was not provided, nor was it expected as the rental was a apartment with a kitchen.

Contro: Instructions for using the washing machine were not provided.

Convenient and calm location in cozy Murano

Pro: Nice interior, practical kitchen, spacious and bright

Pro: Bardzo przytulnie urządzony lokal. Było nas 7 osób i bez problemu dzieliliśmy przestrzeń. Przystanek za rogiem, sklep, piekarnia, knajpki wszystko w zasięgu spaceru 1-2 min.

Pro: Eine sehr schöne moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage abseits des Venedig-Trubels. Vaporetto-Station, Supermarkt und kleine Läden ganz in der Nähe. Sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Contro: Kleinere Mängel wurde sofort beseitigt. Alles okay.

Pro: Die Unterkunft war für uns (3 Personen) perfekt, modern und sehr sauber und die Lage dicht bei einer Vaporetto-Station. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen sie gerne weiter. Die Kommunikation lief super, Marta hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns auch an der Station abgeholt!

Contro: Nur ein kleines Detail... in der Küche fehlen anständige Messer zum Schneiden von z. B Gemüse. Dies haben auch andere Mieter schon bemängelt. Wenn man sich viel selbst versorgt, fehlt es einfach, wäre toll, dies einmal nachzurüsten.
