Pro: monolocale grande e bello con riscaldamento veloce, posizione esterna al centro ma non troppo, carino il giardino esterno immerso nel verde, proprietario gentile e disponibile percheggio disponibile per una piccola cifra, tutto ottimo

Pro: Ottima location, vicina alla stazione per raggiungere Venezia. Proprietari gentilissimi.

Un oasi di tranquillità

Pro: Location ideale per staccare dai ritmi moderni. Casette indipendenti in mezzo al verde per la max tranquillita. Particolarmente apprezzabile lo stile dell'arredamento, curato nei dettagli.

Met our needs perfectly and we enjoyed our visit to both Venice and Padua.

Pro: A perfect peaceful location for a day trip to Venice, with the train station being an easy 5-10 minute walk. Comfortable bed and quiet, made for a great sleep. Really friendly host.

Contro: Internet cut in and out, but worked well once reset. Paying for car parking didn't seem necessary.

Very quiet and homely hotel, with a kind host.

Pro: The host was very kind with us, when we arrived, he greated us with a warm smile on his face. Throughout our staying, he always took care about us, sometimes asked about our programes, and also gave advices what to see near to the hotel, which is located next to the train station (~ 5 min walk). The hotel's garden is a quiet place to take our breakfasts under the big trees. Grazie! ;)

A good place to stay if visiting Venice.

Pro: Property was very nice, with all the things you'd need for a short stay.

Contro: Wasn't sure we were at the right place at first as you cant see property from the road.

Pro: Our host was excellent and accommodating. They showed us the local restaurants and how to get around without a car. They gave us a ride to the restaurants when the cab failed to show up and introduced us to the restaurant owners for special deals They were really sweet people. There is a bit of a language barrier it would be worth your while to do a little bit of Italian study before going to Italy

Contro: One of the rooms had a pretty small bed and there is no real common space it is two bedrooms and a corridor with a counter and a bathroom. But it's a great location to get to the train and to really good value as far as price. Regarding the question about expectations we had no expectations we needed a place and found this on booking and took it based on location and price.

Pro: A comfortable house on a separate territory in a palm forest, excellent location, 7 minutes to the station, 38 minutes by train to Venice. The house has everything you need: a microwave oven, a stove, a kettle, a refrigerator, a coffee maker. There is a barbecue area near the house. There is a private parking on site, which is very convenient. Very friendly hosts!

Contro: The area around the house is a little neglected and requires landscaping. But it gives the house an extra charm.
