Pro: Posizione molto molto comoda. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto a disposizione. Molto apprezzato il phon in bagno, gli asciugamani e l'acqua nel frigo.

Contro: La pulizia per me non era il Top. Soprattutto sottolineo il brutto odore di muffa e di chiuso che c'era entrando nell'appartamento. Lasciando le finestre aperte un paio di giorni l'aria è molto migliorata. Dagli scarichi del lavandino in cucina anche usciva un pessimo odore e anche dalla doccia in bagno. Le pulizie potrebbero essere fatte un po' meglio. Un appunto: magari se si potessero mettere dei contenitori (anche piccoli visto il poco spazio) per la differenziata sarebbe utile...GRAZIE.

Pro: Arredato bene, self check in facile anche per gli imbranati, posizione perfetta. Pulito e silenzioso. Wifi ottimo.

Contro: Buio (e' una mansarda ma si possono migliorare le luci). C'e' cattivo odore, forse di chiuso) che si attacca anche ai vestiti. Occhio che e' al terzo piano senza ascensore se avete bagagli pesanti.

Pro: Monolocale accogliente,pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort.Posizione strategica,centrale e vicina a tutto,soprattutto a quello che noi serviva,ovvero l'ospedale.

Contro: Le luci dell'appartamento erano molto poco luminose.

Mansarda confortevole nel centro

Pro: La mansarda si trova all'ultimo piano (3 piano senza ascensore) di un palazzo non nuovo, tuttavia è arredata e dotata di ogni accessorio per rendere il soggiorno piacevola: frigo, forno a microonde, piastra per cucinare, piatti, tazze, bicchieri, asciughino e nécessaire per lavare i piatti dopo l'utilizzo. Ottima anche la presenza di numerose ciabatte per le prese di corrente che permettono di ricaricare più dispositivi multimediali allo stesso tempo! Ottima e tempestiva la comunicazione con l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento. Vicino al centro, il che permette di visitare la splendida Padova a piedi.

Contro: la porta di ingresso ha una serratura molto vecchia che fatica a chiudersi. un giorno sono rientrata e la porta era spalancata (nonostante mi fossi accertata che alla mia uscita fosse chiusa). i cuscini sono scomodi e molto duri (ho avvertito la proprietà per i futuri ospiti) e il letto è formato da due letti singoli avvicinati, quindi ha un buco nel mezzo. anche di questo ho avvertito l'agenzia: basterebbe aggiungere un topper per evitare il fastidio.

Pro: comfy beds. It was nice location close to the center and quite.

Contro: comment on the fact that if the lockbox is violated that I will need to pay. What happens if someone tries to break it after I leave, or when we sleep at night? Also, some more shower and hair soap would be good to have, considering the amount of days we had booked for.

Cosy and well-equipped appartment

Pro: The apartment was very well-equipped and quite big for one. I stayed for 5 days to attend university exams and its location is perfect as it's close to the university and very close to the centre but it's also a quiet neighbourhood.

Contro: Everything was okay, but its ceilings are quite low, so I wouldn't recommend it for a tall person. And lacks a bit of natural light but it has many lamps to compensate

Pro: The flat is very comfortable, clean and nice with good equipment. Location was great and communication with staff was without problem.I highly recommend.

Contro: If I can recommend - you should repair the drain in the kitchen. Siphon is missing so thats why there were sometimes stinking in flat, which is not comfortable.

Cute, clean and comfortable appartment in the heart of Padova downtown.

Pro: Clean, cosy and comfortable apartment right in the heart of the historic city centre. Practically furnished, ideal for solo travellers or business trip. The area was quiet at night.

Contro: I would have appreciated a stronger stream of water in the shower. The freezer needs defrosting. The kettle needs replacing.

Cute little apartment in the heart of Padua - perfect location!

Pro: Property was central to town and public transport. It felt very homely, was very clean and the washing machine was greatly appreciated. Easy check in process and owners were easy to communicate with.

Contro: Hot water ran out after a short time. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee pods which was disappointing. Worth noting that there is no elevator in the building, be prepared to lug your suitcases up 3 flights of stairs.
