Pro: Pulizia, accoglienza della casa e modernità nell'arredamento

Consigliatissimo!!!

Pro: Tutto perfetto, appartamento centrale, pulito, attrezzato, staff prontissimo e gentile.

Contro: Unico piccolo neo la mancanza di un kit shampoo, bagno doccia e saponetta per gli ospiti.

Pro: Posizione, servizi, accoglienza, letti comodi (cosa rara)

Contro: Il sistema idraulico, riscaldamento va migliorato (specie di inverno) nonostante gli infissi che sembrano di buona qualità è una posizione un pochino rumorosa. Le prese andrebbero ottimizzate specialmente in camera da letto.

Good apartment but be aware of access issue.

Pro: Excellent location right in the centre of the old town and 5 mins to supermarket and a short walk to the attractions. Spacious apartment with full kitchen, good bathroom and bedroom. It was a bit warm at night so we kept the windows open. Not noisy when we were there. There was some coffee, salt and other stuff. Very clean.

Contro: The access. When we first booked the message was we would be met for checkin. The next message was we'd checkin independently which was OK by us Then a couple of weeks before our stay we were messaged that we would need to use a phone to call a number and the gate would open. WhatsApp wouldn't work, you need to have telephony. Luckily we had telephony. If you don't, you can't get in. We assumed we'd get a key after checkin but no, you need the phone every time to access the building and apartment. This is a major issue and makes a very good apartment a risky choice. There's supposed to be a concierge to let you in during office hours but we only saw them once in our 3 days.

Great location, beautiful apartment with great facilities & very helpful staff . Staff ( Beatrice) was very good

Pro: The apartment was excellent! To have access to microwave, cooktop, fridge etc etc was excellent. The location was fabulous as well. Staff were very punctual in responding when needed.

Contro: The more than usual entry to building was a bit complex & instructions to us didn’t always work.

Die Lage ist großartig.

Pro: Iwan, the guy who works for the owner (a Dutch company) is great and extremly helpful.

Contro: A/C does not really work. When it is permantly working temperature is never below 25 degree Celsius.

Pro: The location in the middle of the beautiful city of Padua. The apartment is very large and quiet.

Contro: Shower was broken (but the staff repaired it quickly after we had called them). Window in sleeping room was broken. Apartment was not perfectly clean.

Pro: Sehr schöne, komfortable Wohnung in guter Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Umgehende Rückantwort und Hilfe bei Fragen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Pro: Very central place, nice flat, clean and spacious . Check-in/-out was no problem. Nice stay!

Contro: Falten instruccions per fer anar la cafetera, la cuina d'inducció no l'accepta i has de buscar alternatives
