Ha superato le aspettative!

Pro: La posizione è comodissima, a 5 minuti dalla stazione, comoda anche per andare nel centro di Padova, in 15/20 minuti a piedi. Era presente aria condizionata in stanza, necessaria visto il caldo cittadino, camera semplicissima ma ottima e pulita. La cucina era provvista di bollitore, freezer, frigorifero e microonde e macchina del caffè fornita di cialde, non di fronelli. Tutto pulitissimo e controllato ogni 2/3 giorni. Anche i due bagni condivisi con gli ospiti moderni e puliti, pareva di averne uno in stanza. Ringrazio anche la gentilezza dell'host, sempre disponibile.

Contro: La vicinanza con la stazione è la probabile causa del degrado intorno al palazzo e sono presenti varie mense per bisognosi, ma nulla di tremendo come mi è capitato di leggere in altre recensioni. Solo una sera abbiamo sentito schiamazzi e urla, facilmente silenziabili chiudendo le finestre. È un fatto che tutto ciò non dipenda dalla casa, che invece era veramente molto curata e comodissima. All'interno del palazzo c'è anche un portinaio.

Soluzione pratica per Padova

Pro: Curata nella sua semplicità,camere pulite attrezzate come gli spazi comuni ,leggo molte recensioni negative sulla posizione del palazzo.Il palazzo ha anche il portiere nei giorni feriali ,per chi si muove coi mezzi a due passi c’è la Stazione il tram ecc.

Contro: Consiglio di inserire una scrivania in camera e cestini in cucina per separare le proprie cose da quelle degli altri ospiti

Pro: Personale gentilissimo, super gentile nella consegna delle chiavi con tutte le info per arrivare! Camera molto carina, pulitissima e con tutti i confort. Al top la cucina, con tazze, macchinetta del caffè con cialde e detersivi. Posizione ottima, attaccata alla stazione ed alla autostazione dei pullman. Affittacamere veramente da 10 e lode!

Contro: Assolutamente nulla! Era davvero perfetto!

Comodo B&B

Pro: Normale B&B con stanze private in appartamento. Non mi è pesato per nulla avere il bagno in comune, mai affollato. Comoda la cucina comune (non ci sono i fornelli, ma per me frigo e microonde bastano). Posizione facile da raggiungere a piedi a pochi metri dalla stazione.

Contro: Purtroppo non dipende dal B&B, ma la zona è davvero mal frequentata e rientrare da sola di sera non è sicuro. Sono abituata a viaggiare da sola, ma la zona è davvero brutta. Ho avuto la sensazione che mi sia andata bene a fortuna.

Pro: The location was superb and the cleanes is appealing. .

Contro: There was no cooking gas/ utensils and TV as the ethics of b&b, only one pillow per person and the drop of water on the floor when showering are the cons.

Pro: I booked this unit for my parents who would visit Padova for couple of days, so I was worried that my parents would like it or not, but surprisingly, it turns out very well, the room was super clean, the kitchen was equipped and the overall stay was perfect!

Pro: The location was good very near to the train station and super market.

Contro: Shut down on electricity

Pro: 1. Near station 2. Relatively low cost 3. Fast WiFi connection

Great for budget travellers but keep the location in mind

Pro: A very nice apartment, very clean, modern, excellent air conditioning which was VERY much appreciated, with a well-furnished kitchen. Surprisingly quiet location at night. I only communicated with the hosts through email and WhatsApp but they were very friendly and their instructions were easy to follow. Excellent WiFi, could stream full HD no problem. Comfortable bed. Blackout shutter on the window. Would recommend this for budget travellers.

Contro: Honestly the only downside is the location. From the point of view of accessing places in Padova it's excellent, everywhere is easily walkable. Unfortunately there are often large, intimidating gangs on the street, which can make the area uncomfortable. Of course this isn't the owner's fault but it's something to bear in mind. On a different note, a small desk in the room would have been useful.

A place that I wanted to rest at, not just sleep at.

Pro: It was a lovely, clean property that I would return to, were I to go back to Padova. The host was of tremendous help. The shared spaces were nice and well taken care of. I saw some people complaining about the key boxes being somewhere else, but the distance between the property and the key box is so small. I’d recommend this place to female travelers, in spite of the somewhat sketchy (subjective i guess) block it’s on, it’s a great, quiet hostel type place. It’s the sort of place where you will not only NEED to sleep at, but also want to rest at. We stayed in the room Ocean and had no issues. A nice view, aside from the parking lot to the right.

Contro: Not at all a fault of the host or property, but I’d suggest bigger (or more) duvets for the double beds, as it tended to be cold and the duvet was not big enough for two people. A toaster would also be nice in the kitchen.
