Superb place for a family of 3 close to the beach.

Pro: Good location, small cozy and very clean apartment. Nice host family, we had a small inconvenience as the renovation was so new…we had to restart the eater boiler. Nothing big. But they helped immediately and give us a small discount as well. Very polite people, very nice place.

Contro: No terrace or garden or at least a chair available to sit outside but it’s more about the location and the style of architecture, so acceptable.

It was great for some days of relaxation

Pro: The location was great, as the more calm side of the village. It was also very clean and the host was very nice! It was much nicer in reality than in the photos!

Contro: Utensils were missing, like kitchen knives.

Wir kommen wieder !!!

Pro: Lage war perfekt, es war nicht weit zum Strand in Sottomarina, Nähe zu Chioggia und Nähe zum Zentrum von Sottomarina Ausstattung ebenfalls. Insbesondere das Vorhandensein einer Caffetiera.

Contro: Leider nur eine Schlüsselkarte. So war ein unabhängiges Bewegen von mir und meiner Partnerin nicht möglich oder schwierig zu organisieren.

Immer wierder gerne!

Pro: Wir waren im Appartement Canale San Domenico, welches frisch renoviert und modern und stylisch eingerichtet ist. Alles ist sehr sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben frisch geduftet. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Sottomarina, ca. 300m vom Strand entfernt. Zu Fuß kann man alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt, erreichen, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Pizzeria ... Unsere Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit, alles lief sehr unkompliziert ab. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können uns vorstellen nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Contro: Wenn man einen Parkplatz hat, sollte man ihn nach Möglichkeit behalten, die Parkplatzsuche kann etwas herausfordernd sein, wofür die Vermieter aber nichts können.
