Pro: Appartamento nuovissimo, molto ordinato e pulito, dotato di tutti i confort, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'attrezzatura per cucinare. Paola molto gentile e disponibile.

Pro: The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Top location in a safe and lovely neighborhood! plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking is easy, few minutes walk to the beach, and the owner is friendly and always reachable. Our whole family loved this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location, excellent property and helpful host.

Pro: This apartment was in an ideal location - about 5 mins.walk from the Sottomarina beach and about 20 mins. walk from Chioggia. As well, shops were about 5 minutes away. The host, Paolo, met us and was most pleasant and helpful. A Manual was provided which included instructions for all the appliances in the apartment, as well as maps and attractions in the area, along with a list of walks. The apartment was spotless and every utensil needed was provided. This is excellent accommodation and I would certainly recommend it.

Contro: A bedside table in the twin room would have been helpful.

Pro: We liked the apartment a lot, it's very clean, modern and nice furniture, everything what is needed was there, any extra request like asking for extra blankets was immediately answered by the host. Free parking in just 2 minutes from the apartment was super convenient. Hosting family lives at the same house and ready to help us anytime. The beach is just 2-3 walking distance from the apartment, restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. We would definitely return

Perfect apartment!

Pro: The apartment was perfect for us. Fully equipped. We could reach everything by foot, or use the bicyles from the house. The owner was very kind! Balcony with seawiew, and the beach was just 5 minutes.

Pro: Zentrale Lage: Nah zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants Die Velos sind sehr praktisch, um in 10 Min. die Altstadt von Chioggia zu erreichen.

Contro: Es ist viel Betrieb vor dem Haus durch das Restaurant gegenüber und den Verkehr, aber die Fenster sind neu und isolieren sehr gut. Geschäfte, Café und Gelateria um die Ecke.

Pro: Wir (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) haben jns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Strand und diverse Lokale sind zu Fuß un wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es stehen auch Räder zur Verfügung (auch mit Kindersitz), welche wir viel genutzt haben.

Contro: Die Räder bräuchten mal wieder ein Service.

Pro: Super Lage. Gute Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr schönes sauberes Apartment

Perfekte Unterkunft für unseren Kurzurlaub

Pro: Die Lage war perfekt, Strand und Chioggia Zentrum waren zu Fuß zu erreichen. Räder konnte man ohne Gebühr ausleihen.
