Great value for money in a very convenient location.

Pro: Great location within walking distance of everything the city has to offer and spotlessly clean. Perfect communication with the host. Really spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Nice to have a balcony for an evening beer overlooking the river. Highly recommended.

Contro: Difficult to control water flow in the main shower and the second one is very small. But there is a bath with the main shower which is nice. Small details though and it wouldn't put me off returning.

Pro: The apartment is full of character. Spacious and is exactly as appears on the photographs. It has excellent views over the river. It overlooks the university quarter and is only a few minutes away from the shops. There is ample storage and amenities. Being met on arrival by a pleasant representative was also a bonus and much appreciated.

Contro: In very hot weather the mobile air conditioning units are not very effective. There are some minor repairs required but these are not significant. The checking in process was not the best but that may have been connected to Booking.Com's too elaborate means of communicating.

Pro: Large apt with river view and close to old town. Confusing and laborious online check-in though gracious hostess meet us with key. Nice to have washer but we were surprised there were no standard condiments in the kitchen. Overall a great place!!!!

Contro: Water pressure poor in tub.

Pro: Super tolle Lage, ganz nah an der Altstadt, perfekt

Contro: Leider war in dem kleineren Zimmer die Matratzen mehr als durch, wäre schön diese zu erneuern

Pro: Wszystko bylo ok. Blisko do sklepow i na dworzec kolejowy i autobusowy. Duze przestronne pomieszczenia

Contro: Bylo to niezalezne od wlasciciela,ale na balkonie byl ul pszczol i nie mozna bylo otworzyc pkna do salonu i sypialni. Trzebaby bylo cos z tym zrobic. Oprocz tego bez zastrzezen

I would definitely recommend for a long or short term visit.

Pro: The location is fantastic for walking around Treviso, which is a smaller city. There is a grocery store about a 3 minute walk. The view of the river from the balcony is beautiful.

Contro: Most of the pillows are too firm. A few of the electrical outlets did not work, we had to search for a place to recharge our phones and iPads.

This is an affordable option in a great location. After staying one night, it is not recommended to stay here in the sum

Pro: The location is great! The apartment is located right next to a river and there are good restaurants nearby.

Contro: The check-in process was very difficult and time-consuming. Of our 18 day trip in Italy this was the most difficult places to check into. The place itself appears to be under partial renovation. The photos are deceiving and do not give an accurate display of how old and degraded the interior is. Also, the AC units provided offered little help. We stayed here the middle of August, which is a very hot time of the year understandably but the sleeping accommodation was very poor with the heat. We had them running for hours before night and the rooms still remained very warm throughout the night. The exhaust for the AC unit in the guest bedroom was not able to escape due to the window shutter being closed. After opening the shutter, the exhaust was able to escape, but prior to that it was at risk of fire
