Contro: Non ho elementi di cui lamentarmi

Pro: The hosts were very helpful and proactive in their contact about us getting to the apartment and when there was a water leak identified on the day of our arrival they moved us to another apartment immediately. The apartment was well equipped, clean and in a quiet location but close to the main attractions.

Pro: Rialto is a cozy apartment in Venetian style. I liked that everything is in style, and you are immediately immersed in the atmosphere of Venice. The apartment is in a great location; all the sights are within walking distance. Elezavetta met us. She did everything to make our stay comfortable, and she provided excellent service.

A convenient apartment with a few drawbacks

Pro: We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was clean, well-equipped with all the essentials, and conveniently located.

Contro: Since it’s in an old building, we had to climb two flights of narrow stairs, which wasn’t very convenient with a baby. At night, there was noise from outside until around 2–3 AM, which could be disruptive. Additionally, the coffee machine wasn’t working, which was a small inconvenience for us.

Pro: Great location, lovely Venetian style interiors and well fitted out for a comfortable, memorable and enjoyable stay.

Contro: Nothing - it was all great.

Lovely typical apartment in a perfect location

Pro: Elisabetta was very available via WhatsApp and gave us clear directions to reach the property. During our stay she was available to answer our queries and went the extra mile to help us with check out.

Perfect spot for a relaxing honeymoon

Pro: Hosts Elisabetta and Sylvia were so lovely, and extremely helpful. There's a shop only a minutes walk away, so we had breakfast on our terrace every day, highly recommend it! It's a bustling area, but really central.

Contro: The shower is a bit hard to control, but outside of that it was a great place!

Perfect for a small family week-long stay!

Pro: Perfectly placed - 1 minute away from a coop (supermarket). For a small family (2 adults and 1 child) it was the ideal place to explore Venice. The kitchen and the possibility of doing laundry were excelent - and with a weekly pass for Vaporetto we explored Venice, the Bienale, Murano&Burano and had time for beach-days in Lido. Would come again any-time here :)

Very comfortable apartment .

Pro: Perfect location and very cosy. Everything you need for a lovely stay. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet location but not far from busy streets with bars and restaurants.

Contro: There are a quite a few stairs up to the apartment which can be tough for older people and with luggage

Pleasant Stay!

Pro: The apartment is located within 20 minutes' walk of the main sites, yet in a relatively quiet location. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within minutes of the apartments. Both the host Laura and property manager, Elisabeth, were helpful and provided good communication. The double and twin bedrooms were comfortable and clean and the main sitting area was comfortable for relaxing after a day of site seeing. There is a small balcony, but the weather at the time, meant we never used this.

Contro: The bathroom and shower cubicle are very small and could do with a refresh but was still adequate for a short stay. The main air conditioning did not work, though a portable unit was provided, which means hanging the vent out an open window, so not ideal. Thankfully not needed due to the weather but needs fixed for the next year. Note, there are two flights of stairs to the apartment and an additional internal flight from the front door to the first floor of the apartment and also a flight of stairs to the sitting area in the attic. We had no issues with this, but probably best to avoid with young children or elderly.
