Pro: Posizione perfetta - tra Rialto e San Marco per esplorare Venezia. Nonostante la zona centrale, la zona è anche molto tranquilla. Palazzo recentemente ristrutturato, perfettamente mantenuto e pulizia impeccabile.

An unforgettable little adventure for our family with kids (5 and 7)

Pro: The accommodation was sensational, the location was perfect, the weather was great, and the contact with Amir who handed over the keys and took the time to explain Venice to us - was excellent. The approximately 200-year-old accommodation has been very tastefully and carefully renovated. You feel completely at ease, and the magic of Venice becomes truly tangible through it.

Contro: The only downside was that we left the window open the first night and got eaten by mosquitoes - but that was entirely our own fault.

Pro: The hosts were very helpful by meeting us a the boat ramp on arrival and walked us to the accomodation. The room was very large with beautiful high ceilings. The beds were comfortable and kids loved the bunk beds. The bathroom was very modern with great water pressure in the shower. The kitchenette was well equipped if your are wanting to cook. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all of the popular attractions. There are plenty of delicious cafes and resturants nearby. Highly recommend.

Pro: The property was beautiful, the design and layout was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space for all of us. The lady that greeted us was lovely and helpful. The staff were always present via email if we needed them. We booked transport through the company and they were great. Very well organised even though we were delayed at passport control!

Contro: The loo could have been cleaned better. Still dirt/hair from previous guests. Not much else to dislike.

Pro: Great location, easy, quick walk to points of interest. We arrived from the airport by water taxi. Our host, Elisa was wonderful in providing information on how best to get to the place. She was waiting for us at the suggested dock that was a quick walk to the apartment. The building and the suite are lovely, clean, safe and charming. Our kids loved their bunk beds and the privacy that the set up afforded. We loved being on a canal, seeing an occasional gondola float by. The mornings are busy on the canal, lots of action and noise, but the windows are great at minimizing it. At night, it is very quiet and peaceful.
