Nonostante la pioggia il soggiorno è stato ottimo.
Pro: Una volta salita la minuscola e pendente scala, la porta si apre su un appartamento totalmente rinnovato con buon gusto. Atrio, cucina, camera e bagno tutti in stile contemporaneo. C'è tutto il necessario per una permanenza anche non breve. La vista sulle calli esterne è molto piacevole. La disponibilità dei proprietari ad accoglierci ed accompagnarci e anche la comunicazione tramite messaggi è stata sempre puntuale, gentile e precisa.
Contro: Il bagno è piccolino e la doccia non molto ampia per persone alte, ma ci si adatta perché è comprensibile che la struttura non consente grandi spazi. Il sistema di raccolta immondizie è molto rigido in presenza e orari.

Pro: The stay in GDhouse806 made our holiday just perfect. The first-floor apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. WiFi connectivity fast and stable. We also enjoyed the location of the apartment, a quiet street, close to a park but still easy to walk to the city center. The host made us feel specially welcomed, helped us with directions, picked us up at the water-bus stop and walked with us to the apartment, which we greatly appreciated.
Contro: Can’t think of anything.

Very good place in a very good place
Pro: We weren't sure about the location before we came to Venice, but it proved to be very suitable in all respects: very quiet and indigenous as for Venice, close to green areas which are rare here (Giardini) and a couple of minutes from the tram stop (water, of course) getting you in a couple of minutes pretty much everywhere. Arsenale is 10 minutes away if you want to get there from the airport. The flat itself is very long, it has a big dormitory/living room with a large bed, enough space for storage, well equipped kitchen and good enough bathroom. There are amenities such as iron and ironing board or air conditioning (even two, the other one is in the kitchen). And there are suggestions on the kitched blackboard about the places to eat nearby. Most importantly - it looks just like on the photos, nothing is tuned or pumped up - it looks like it is.
Contro: The only thing was smell from the empty fridge - pretty weird, might need a \

Pro: Nice location, very quiet, great size for four people. Could have used the facilities inside apartment more if I wanted to cook, but we like to explore the area. Nice walk to main square.
Contro: Steps to get into the property. Hard to carry cases up the stairs, although we did have cases for 2 week cruise so lots of bags.

Superb Stay
Pro: Fantastic location in a quiet residential area. Modern apartment with contemporary decor. Close to Via Garibaldi with all it has to offer. Pleasant, attentive and helpful host.

Nice stay
Pro: The apartament is modern with all the facilities you may need. The beds were very comfortable. Damiano was helpful, he has answered all our questions. The flat is in a quite area, you will make by foot around 15-20 minutes until the San Marco Plaza. Near the flat (around 5 minutes) there are supermarkets and restaurants we have tried and everything was delicious.
Contro: When we arrived the battery of the temperature controller was off and in the apartament was cold, but Damiano change it very fast and after that it took some hours to get cosy.

Beautiful apartment amongst the locals & only a 10 minute walk from St Marks Square
Pro: We were met at the ferry and escorted to the apartment with the keys. The apartment was stunning, exceptionally clean and positioned 10 minutes away from the center, allowing us to stay & dine amongst the locals. This gave us an entirely different perspective of Venice and the opportunity to get away from the crowds of tourists.
Contro: The stairs were very steep and narrow. Although these were manageable by ourselves, elderly or frail people would have trouble, especially with luggage.
