Pro: Posizione centralissima, appartamento pulito e confortevole. Perfetto per un gruppo di amici.

Pro: Il nostro soggiorno in questo meraviglioso appartamento veneziano è stato semplicemente perfetto! Situato in una posizione ideale, ci ha permesso di esplorare la città con facilità, godendo di tutta la sua magia senza rinunciare alla tranquillità. L’appartamento è un vero gioiello: spazioso ed elegante. Le 3 camere da letto sono accoglienti e raffinate, perfette per un riposo rigenerante dopo una giornata tra calli e canali. Il salotto è un incanto. La cucina, perfettamente attrezzata, ci ha permesso di gustare cene deliziose con ingredienti freschi acquistati nei mercati locali. Oltre alla bellezza e al comfort dell’appartamento, l’ospitalità è stata eccezionale: accoglienza calorosa, grande disponibilità e tanti consigli preziosi per vivere al meglio Venezia. Consiglio questo appartamento a chiunque desideri vivere un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile in una delle città più affascinanti del mondo. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Pro: Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Il personale era incredibilmente cordiale, professionale e sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. L'alloggio ha un'atmosfera molto accogliente. Sono rimasto particolarmente colpito dalla pulizia in tutta la struttura dalle camere agli spazi comuni. Ha davvero reso il mio soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Grazie per l'ottimo servizio, tornerò sicuramente!

Contro: nulla

Pro: We were the group of 6 students, and for our 3-day trip the apartment was perfect. The kitchen had all the needed supplies, even salt and olive oil. We also enjoyed the beds, they were really large and comfortable. The balconies had view of the central street, and we took nice photos on them. The boiler had enough water for all of us to take a shower. The TV was working properly and we watched the film on it. The heating was working and we weren’t cold. The location was perfect: few minutes from San Marco, which was important for us. Overall, the apartment was clean, the host was ready to answer all the questions and we had no problems during our stay.

Contro: The only thing I can mention is that one bedroom has nothing except from bed inside: no lamps, chargers or wardrobe.

Fantastic property is central location and great value for money

Pro: Central location. The property wasn't that easy to find so more directions to the front door in advance would be appreciated but the host was very easy to contact and could help so there was no problem at all. We were allowed an earlier check in too which was very much appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful overnight stay.

Contro: It wasn't easy to close the curtains and I couldn't work out how to close the windows. It was quite noisy at night so maybe loud for families with young children but that is to be expected for such a central location.

Excelente ubicación y departamento

Pro: Viaje familiar, excelente ubicación, todo muy limpio y muy atentos. Desde antes de que uno llegue estan al pendiente de que llegues sin problemas a la ubicación. Tiene elevador para maletas.

Contro: Todo OK

Wir haben es geliebt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Pro: Lage und Größe des Appartements waren perfekt, Betten bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet, genügend Handtücher

Contro: Gardinen hingen teilweise nicht mehr richtig in den Schienen, könnte etwas sauberer sein (wir fanden bei unserer Ankunft mehrere Haare im Badezimmer), etwas hellhörig (aber lagebedingt logisch), Badezimmer nicht verschließbar, nur eine Toilette direkt im Badezimmer, nur 1 Schlüssel für den Haupteingang

Great location to stay in Venice - San Marco

Pro: The space and number of beds gave our family of 5 plenty of room. The location was not too far from the boat docks and there were a number of eating establishments around. We were given plenty of towels for each person. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The elevator was useful for moving our luggage up.

Contro: The WiFi signal in one of the bedrooms was weak until we moved the Internet router from the floor up a little higher. There was not a private water dock available so the water taxi could only drop us off at the main plaza area. Some of the electrical outlets were loose from the wall.

Excellent!

Pro: We loved the apartment. The bedrooms were spacious, there were 7 of us and we had ample space to spread out. I liked that we had a door code for the door to the apartment. The location was fabulous. So close to St. Mark's square and the vaporetto station. We enjoyed all of the activity going on outside, but if you want a quiet sleeping experience this may not be the place for you.

Contro: We couldn't figure out the hot water in the shower, so all of our showers were cold. We knew the hot water was on, because we could get hot water in the kitchen. If there is a way to get a hot shower in this apartment it would have been good to know.

Estadía muy cómoda

Pro: El departamento es muy cómodo y está súper bien ubicado

Contro: Lo que no me gustó es que nos recibió un joven que nunca había entrado al departamento, no sabía cómo abrir la puerta, ni cuántas habitaciones tenía, menos dónde estaban, eso no fue profesional, llegamos y mandaron a una persona de mantenimiento para arreglar una gotera, por supuesto que no lo permitimos, no podíamos quedarnos en el departamento a esperar que termine, faltaba una sábana en una de las camas y no nos la acercaron. Salvando eso el departamento es muy cómodo y la ubicación es excelente
