Definitely would stay again. Beautiful location and ideal for two couples..

Pro: Location was superb. Bedrooms with own en suite excellent for two couples. Lounge /dining area attractive and functional.

Contro: Silly things like lots of lightbulbs not working! Unfortunately a couple of the dining chairs need to checked as they could be an accident! There should’ve been basic essentials provided like dishwasher tablets and mosquito plug-in repellents. There were only three cutlery knives and only one wine glass provided, need someone to check these items before guests stay.

Wonderful weekend in the perfect apartment .We loved it and will definitley return.

Pro: The location action was excellent . Loved the apartment which was well appointed, so comfortable and could have moved in for good !!!

Contro: Nothing it was perfect for our stay.

Pro: It's a wonderful apartment in a great location with very hospitable hosts (many thanks, Marcello). It was a perfect place for our family with a teenager. I loved the terrace with a fantastic view of the canal and Santa Maria del Giglio church. During the day we could see gondolas and hear the songs of the gondoliers from our windows. This apartment is very close to Piazza San Marco and other attractions. It's my sincere recommendation.

Pro: It was a lovely apartment close to the canal, restaurants and sights...it was lovely hearing the gondoliers singing..just magical

Pro: Great location, close to San Marco Square, yet far enough away to be out of the congestion. Lovely terrace overlooking the canal, where singing gondoliers frequently pass by. Comfortable beds and great kitchen with all essentials.

Contro: Many stairs because on top floor, but they provide good exercise after eating so much great Italian food!

Venise en famille dans un quartier calme et proche de la place Saint Marc .

Pro: Grand appartement idéal pour famille avec grands enfants ( 2 salles de bains ). De la terrasse , il y a une vue sur les toits de Venise et une sur le canal avec le passage des gondoles . Très bien situé : 10 mn à pied de la place saint Marc . (Grand Spar 10 mn à pied aussi)

Pro: The location is wonderful. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

Contro: The couch was uncomfortable and the beds were very firm. The heat did not work consistently. The coffee machine did not work.

Pro: Hervorragende betreut vom Vermieter, tolle Lage direkt an einem Kanal, wunderschöne Einrichtung.

Contro: Wir fanden alles toll.

Pro: We had a wonderful stay in Venice! Marcello was extremely helpful with suggestions and the apartment was beautiful, cool, and comfortable! We would definitely stay here again 👍👍

Pro: Расположение отличное, апартаменты очень атмосферные, вид из окон на канал, по нему плывут гондолы, звучат песни, просто сказка. Все очень хорошо, персонал отличный, всегда на связи, все вопросы решались.

Contro: Не недостаток, просто замечание: обратите внимание, одна из спален на этаж выше, подъем по винтовой лестнице, терраса как раз в этой спальне.
