Great location and a fantastic host
Pro: Anahita United Kingdom 10 Great location and a fant host. Liked · Our host Barbara was wonderful. She came to collect us from the water bus station at Rialto and took us to the apartment which was great. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and in a great location. It overlooks the Marco Polo bridge and you can see the canal from the lounge windows. The apartment is located on the first floor so one can hear the passers by if the windows are open but the windows are double glazed so we didn’t hear a peep. Barbara also sent us links with restaurant suggestions and kept us updated on the events occurring during our stay. There is a supermarket close to the apartment and the famous Rialto bridge in walking distance. If we visit again, I would definitely stay here as it was one of the best accommodation we stayed during our 3 weeks visit to Italy.

Great location close to rialto
Pro: The location was excellent and the place had all the basics. Nice style of apartment.
Contro: There needs to be opaque curtains on all of the windows for privacy instead of just the shutters so some light can still come in.

Pro: This is our second time at this property and we love the position.
Contro: It would have been better to have some olive oil instead of old sunflower oil and perhaps balsamic vinegar instead of a tiny bit of apple cider vinegar. Also, coffee to last more than one day for one person. These are small things but I thought they were worth mentioning for the owner.

Location, location, location. Can’t be beat!
Pro: The location is PERFECT. It could not be more centrally located, and it was surrounded by great restaurants and beautiful squares. The view from the window was a canal, gondolas passing by, and Marco Polo’s house. This was my honeymoon, and the apartment was the perfect size and so comfortable. We loved having the well stocked kitchen, and we were a 5 minute walk from a grocery store and even closer to several bakeries and other small food shops. Previiusly, I was an avid AirBNB user, and this was the best apartment rental I have ever stayed in. It is worth every penny, the host that let us in was lovely and included some personal recommendations. Ca’Million is 10/10.
Contro: Nothing, apartment was clean, comfortable, in an excellent and safe location, and was large especially compared to a typical European apartment rental.

super recomendado!! A anfitriã Bárbara foi super atenciosa e deixou diversas dicas extras.
Pro: localização excelente, apartamento amplo, bem mobiliado, reformado com poucas observações, disponível nos armários guarda chuvas e galochas (não foram necessárias), cozinha bem equipada, cômodos com calefação e ar-condicionado, janelas com vista muito linda para um dos canais e ponte. Utilizamos a cozinha para o café da manhã e um jantar. A anfitriã Bárbara sempre em contato antes da nossa entrada passando informações e dicas ajudou muito!! No apartamento também foi disponibilizado um caderno com muitas instruções e dicas, passeios e informações!!
Contro: não diria que não gostamos, apenas um ponto de atenção, mas não seria apenas para a locação, Veneza em geral deve-se evitar malas grandes ou pesadas devido a baixa acessibilidade, o apartamento fica no primeiro andar e acessível por um lance de escada, mas nada a mais do que as escadas das pontes.
