Pro: very spaceous place with nice furniture! everything went very smoothely, the hosts were very nice. i had to work from home one of the days, that also went great. the internet connection was very good. there were all kinds of ammenities that we were free to use.

Contro: the only problem was that there is a loud bar nearby and one could hear people talking loudly when they passed under our windows. i am aware that the host cannot change that, but it is definitely something to consider when booking

Excellen and would definitely stay there again.

Pro: The apartment was excellent for a family. It was clean and the art work and decor was lovely. A great location with many excellent eating places and bars close by that were not the usual tourist traps. Reception gave us lots of useful information on ferry passes, where the locals eat. Breakfast was available in the hotel opposite that was reasonably priced. Overall an excellent stay and very enjoyable.

Contro: It was a little noisy with the bars, but it was expected when you are staying central to all of the action.

Pro: Clean, convenient, pleasant staff. We were able to cook all our own food. Kitchen well equipped.

Absolutely beautiful. Florence is a lovely and walkable city. Highly recommend this place and our stay!

Pro: Lovely place. Great location between train and duomo areas. It’s a quick walk from train station and rental cars. From there it’s a quick walk into the duomo area. Communication with staff in WhatsApp worked great. The place is a cool loft. Kitchen has coffee pot and a fridge and stove… very easy. If you sit out for dinner at one of the restaurants on backside of the building, it’s a cello concert with you meal.

Contro: The stairs to the loft bedroom are steep with bathroom downstairs— but was fine if you’re careful.

Contro: Przy letnich upałach niestety tylko 1 sypialnia ma klimatyzację. Rankami (5:00) budzi hałas sprzątanych ulic lub hałaśliwych turystów.

Pro: Ausstattung und Lage des Appartement optimal , 5 Min zum Vaporetto, sehr freundliches mehrsprachiges Personal, im Appartement vorhandene Kaffeecups, Marmelade, Duschgel ..(das ist für ein App. außergewöhnlich)

Pro: Excedeu as expetativas! Excelente localização, no coração de Rialto, ideal para quem quer explorar e sentir a cidade de Veneza. Muito perto da estação de Vaporetto e de fácil acesso para quem viaja com malas... Uma verdadeira casa veneziana... repleta de obras de arte, o que elevou a nossa experiencia! Camas confortáveis, limpeza excelente. Extras que dão bastante jeito, tipo café, tostas, chá, temperos, detergentes, papel higiénico... Pessoal bastante simpático! Pudemos guardar as malas no check out, o que facilitou imenso.

Au calme & spacieux en plein coeur de ville

Pro: Très bon emplacement au calme , en coeur de ville à quelques minutes du pont du Rialto. Appartement spacieux T4 , style vénitien , bien chauffé , 2 tv , cuisine équipée (Four / frigo-congel/lave vaisselle/cafetiere & bouilloire) , wi fi. Au premier étage , dans une ruelle. Il y a un livret fait par le propriétaire pour les temps de transport , le wi fi , les poubelles etc . . . dernière info importante : il est possible de laisser ses bagages à la consigne de l'hôtel gratuitement !

Contro: La douche est un peu délicate quand on fait plus de 1,90 m !

Pro: La ubicación es excelente, la atención del personal y las dimensiones del lugar cumplen perfectamente con las expectativas de quien va en familia.

Contro: Todo fue muy bueno, quizas incorporaria otro aire acondicionado en el area del comedor para mejorar la estadia en dias de verano. Todo lo demas, perfecto!
