Location is near to the Liberia with a kebab stall that opens till late.
Pro: The place was larger than expected. Facilities provided were great. (Eg. hair dryer, smart TV, heated floors) We even used the pots and pans to make omelette and instant risotto in the apartment.
Contro: City tax needs to be paid online after the stay with PayPal instead of cash during the stay. Was a little inconvenient because we did not have PayPal accounts. Besides that everything else was great!

Brilliant location and apartment!
Pro: Brilliant apartment in a great location. Walking distance to all the attractions. Very quiet and comfortable. Lovely host, lots of snacks, tea and coffee provided. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nothing more than super comfortable and conevenient
Pro: Super comfy bed and pillows, apartment was clean and cozy, very spacious, had most needed things. Loved a spacious bathroom as well. Location - so close to the main attractions, but at the same time so quiet.
Contro: Could have some heater for towels, as they haven’t dried throughout all the stay.

A huge ground floor apartment in Venice
Pro: We've never stayed in such a big apartment. I didn't expect it to be that big looking at pictures. The ceilings are around 4 meters high! 4 people with 1 or even 2 small children can fit easily. The location is good, quiet at night. Around 7-10 minutes to vaporetto stops and St Marco's Square. Around 7-10 minute walk to the shop. The place has everything you need: towels, toiletries, kitchen pans, cutlery, plates. We were cooking a lot. I booked the place on the ground floor so my granny didn't have to take steps - actually no steps at all to enter the place, only one inside, one that is fine. The bed is amazing. Very good mattress. That's what you need after walking around the whole day. Overally, we are satisfied.
Contro: From little downsides: water in bidet was cold, and the fridge smelled.

Bon séjour à Venise
Pro: Logement tout confort, très bien situé pour se promener, proche de nombreux centres d'intérêts. Très bonne literie
Contro: Dommage que l'on ait eu qu'une grande et une petite serviette de toilette pour 5 nuits, juste surtout au vue de la chaleur. Les voisins du dessus certains soirs bruyants à 23h, surtout planchers bois

Excellent séjour
Pro: Une très bonne adresse. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, confortable, très bien équipé. Sebastiano est très réactif. L'emplacement est à 8 mn pied de la place St Marc. Le Vaporetto à 9mn.
Contro: Les formalités de pré enregistrement sont excessives, longues : l'une d'elles exige que le locataire envoie une photo de face, en ayant le passeport en main ! Que ne faut-il faire de nos jours pour montrer patte blanche ?

Appartement moderne, fonctionnel et bien placé
Pro: Tres bon emplacement dans Castello, tres bonne literie, équipements fonctionnels disponibles (machine à laver, machine à café nespresso, planche à repasser), beaucoup d’espace, c’est tres propre
Contro: C’est un peu froid et impersonnel (le gérant est réactif mais tout est à distance) L’appartement en rez-de-chaussée donne sur une rue piétonne étroite : on entend beaucoup les gens qui parlent en passant dans la rue, mais comme il y a peu de passage en soirée et la nuit cela ne m’a pas gênée pour dormir

Pro: Sehr gute Lage: ruhig, fußläufig nicht weit zum Markusplatz oder zur Rialtobrücke. Sehr geräumiges Apartment mit ausreichender Grundausstattung, Gastgeber Sebastiano reagiert prompt auf alle Anfragen, ist freundlich kompetent behilflich bei Problemen :)
