Soggiorno piacevole in appartamento grande e confortevole.

Pro: Posizione ottima e centrale. Appartamento grande e confortevole, ideale per gruppi grandi. Appartamento pulito. Facilità di comunicazione e di ricezione/consegna chiavi.

Pro: Great location and facilities to accommodate a family.

Pro: Good location, apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Particularly worth mentioning, the air-conditioner works really well.

Contro: No big issue, but for the benefits of future tenants, the wardrobe door in the second bedroom is not working, and the shower tub leaks substantially after each shower. Other than these, the apartment's condition is perfect !

Absolutely fabulous.

Pro: Absolutely fabulous apartment in a brilliant location. The agency who manage the apartment were wonderful and so helpful, they helped us book water taxis which dropped off / pick-up on the square outside of the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for our group with plenty of space.

Contro: There are a lot of stairs in the property which weren’t a problem for us but could be for people with issues with Mobilty. It was tricky taking our big suitcases up the stairs but we managed and it was worth it for how fabulous the apartment and the location was.

Great stay pity about the weather

Pro: Far from the madness but close enough to walk everywhere. Apartment a couple of metres from the vaporetta…. Great location.

Lots of restaurants in the area and lovely stalls on the streets. Area felt safe and quiet

Pro: The beds were comfortable and with two bedrooms and sofa bed in living room there was plenty room

Contro: We did not like the top bed in the twin room as too far up from the floor, no ladder to access same and no guard on it to prevent falling.

A wonderful stay in Venice, marked by a great location and hospitality!

Pro: I appreciated the excellent location of the apartment, close to the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square, in a quiet and relaxed neighborhood filled with bars, stores, and food places. The view of the river added a charming touch. The welcoming staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was well-equipped as stated in the listing, meeting all my needs.

Contro: The only issues I encountered were with the Wi-Fi, which was unavailable for the last two days of my stay, and a lack of instructions on how to control the heating in the apartment, which would have made my experience even more comfortable.

A lovely appartment in a fabulous location!

Pro: The location was excellent, quiet at night yet 1 minute from 3 lovely restaurants. 20 mins walk to St Marks Square. We loved it. They also arranged our water taxi too from the airport, which was fantastic and dropped us 1 minute from the appartment. Overall the service was great.

Pro: A very calm and spacious apartment, perfect for respite while in Venice!

Contro: Needed one or two more items for the kitchen, apart from that nothing.

Highly recommended

Pro: The apartment was newly renovated, central and spacious.

Contro: The photos and key lock number to find the apartment were not correct and I had to phone to get the correct details but they were amazing at helping and sorting it out.
