Pro: Appartamento molto carino in zona centrale, tutto molto pulito e arredamento moderno.

Contro: Eravamo in 4, il divano letto è molto duro (nella parte che si allunga era come dormire su un’asse di legno), quindi diciamo che in 4 non è il massimo, ma i nostri amici che erano sul letto hanno detto che era comodo

Appartamento perfetto

Pro: La struttura è ben tenuta, ristrutturata di recente e a due passi da Rialto. Molto pulita. Accoglienza impeccabile. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale considerando i prezzi di Venezia. Bar e ristoranti a due passi e raggiungibile da stazione/ parcheggi in un quarto d’ora a piedi

Excellent all round.

Pro: Nice host met us upon arrival having arranged everything via WhatsApp before travelling. The location was excellent - turn left & within a few minutes you’re at Rialto Bridge / Grand Canal. Two good televisions. Amazing shower and bathroom. We cooked one evening and everything was good in the kitchen.

Contro: We could never get the temperature correct.

Nice central Venice apartment

Pro: Nice apartment, good location. I would recommend it.

Contro: The Hard sofa bed

Pro: Location - the best part of Venice was just a 2 minute walk away. And also the fact that the apartment was super clean. We stayed there for a couple days and loved it. Coffee and toiletries were provided amply. Staff were super nice.

Contro: The bathroom is super clean. However, probably because of a drainage issue there is a smell at times. Apart from that everything else was on order.

Excellent location, highly recommend

Pro: It was so easy to check in, the host that met us was very thorough, helpful and polite

Pro: This house is highly recommended! It’s new, tastefully renovated and well equipped where you can even bake in the kitchen. Federico gave us a good introduction of three place. It’s well located, not at busy junction, yet with restaurants around and about 18-20mins walk from the Venice car park. Do carry small luggages or backpack as there are stairs and bridges in Venice. We leave our big luggages at luggage storage stores and went in with cabin luggages.

Very satisfied and will highly recommend to others

Pro: Great location, clean and modern (renovated old apartment in the center of city), situated on a small quiet street. Ferry, food shops, city attractions, shopping district are all in close proximity.

Contro: It is ideal for a couple or family as has a bed room (that lack the door) and bed soffa in the leaving room/kitschen, but can be unconvenient for those who require privacy.
