Best option to visit Biennale in Venice !!

Pro: Location e posizione, tranquillità, design e arredamento, servizi top, ottimo wi-fi, a/c, attenzione e cortesia dell’host

Pro: Great litle apartment four minutes walk from the Giardini Biennale vaporetto stop. Caring owner. One of the best grocery stores ten minutes away. 25 minutes walk to San Marco. I recommend the apartment for a long stay in Venice.

Contro: It would be great if there was also a washing machine.

Pro: Biennale Gallery Suite definitely exceeded our expectations. I have been in Venice many times and when looking for apartment I wanted something that would be close to all the major attractions but at the same time would be away from all the crowd and Biennale Gallery Suite offers this. Just two vaporetto stops from Saint Marco this apartment is located in authentic and quiet neighborhood. There is park near by for evening walks to catch sunsets over city and some lovely local restaurants. The apartment definitely has it's unique soul as it is decorated in very authentic way. The owners have thought about every smallest detail to make your stay comfortable.

Pro: We spent a wonderful weekend in Venice. The apartment met our expectations, we wanted to immerse ourselves in the Italian world, and thanks to the apartment in the heart of Venice, we succeeded :) Thank you for the hospitality, comfort and beautiful apartment; we wholeheartedly recommend this place! :)

Cozy apartment in a great location.

Pro: Very authentic neighborhood, nice and cozy apartment. The tiny kitchen is well thought out and has all important features. the surrounding neighborhood offers parks, some very local restaurants, small markets and nice cafes and bars. The walk to San Marco is about 20 min along a very scenic promenade.

Contro: the place is very small, has virtually no storage for clothes and can feel a bit cramped. For the size the price was on the expensive side.

Sehr guter Gastgeber und Lage, schönes Apartement für einen Kurztrip

Pro: Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, es hat alles gut funktioniert. Es handelt sich um ein typisch kleines venezianisches Haus mit sehr steilem Treppenaufgang. Das Apartment wirkt recht neu, die Küche ist klein, aber für einen Kurztrip braucht man nicht mehr, das Bad ist dafür recht großzügig, auch das Schlafzimmer. Lage ist gut, etwas abseits vom Trubel, nahe Biennale und einem Park/Promenade. Restaurants sind in der Nähe.

Contro: Den Eingangsbereich könnte man noch etwas freundlicher gestalten, auch wenn es ein altes Haus ist. Die Dusche hat wenig Wasserdruck.

Alles prima!

Pro: Ich habe mich richtiggehend zuhause gefühlt und fand meinem Aufenthalt sehr, sehr super! Perfekte Lage. Ruhig und ein paar Minütchen zum Vaporetto. Ein paar Tage lang war die Wohnung nebenan ebenfalls vermietet. Es war hellhörig, die Nachbarn hatten jedoch zum Glück einen sehr guten Musikgeschmack. Da es nur für 2,3 Tage so war, hat es mich nicht weiter gestört. Ansonsten ist hier alles toll! Sehr bequemes Bett. küchenzeile mit allem, was nötig ist. Ich wurde auch mit kleinen lieben Aufmerksamkeit überrascht. Ich möchte gerne hierher zurückkehren! Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich.

Contro: Mir hat überhaupt nicht gefallen, dass ich Venedig und diese schöne Unterkunft wieder verlassen musste.

Très beau, très confortable mais un petit souci sonore

Pro: Localisation fabuleuse, entre les deux sites de la Biennale, près de la. Is Garibaldi, de la lagune… nid perché avec vue très jolie sur les toits. Décoration recherchée. Un lit fabuleusement confortable

Contro: L’étage a été aménagé en deux logements avec une très mauvaise insonorisation entre les deux. On entend les gens ronfler ou leur tv les nuits où il y a des voisins

Pro: Limpeza, cortesia staff, disponibilidade proprietário, design do lugar

Contro: Nada que desmereça o lugar, mas cabe avisar que tem escadas

Pro: Optimale Lage für einen Biennale-Besuch. Ruhige Umgebung. Angenehme Zimmergröße. Kaffee und Tee zum selbermachen. Kühlschrank. Gutes Bett und große Dusche. Unkompliziertes Einchecken. Bäckerei und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Contro: Die Treppe ist schon etwas steil, aber gut zu bewältigen. Leider kein Balkon.
