Tutto perfetto
Pro: Ca Molin permette di vivere a pieno l’atmosfera tipica di Venezia grazie alle sue caratteristiche travi a vista e agli affacci sul canale. Appartamento climatizzato e ben attrezzato, sito in posizione comoda a tutti i servizi di Cannaregio, allegro quartiere non troppo caotico ma ben servito, a circa 20 minuti da Piazza San Marco.

Pro: Posizione super strategica. Appartamento confortevole, accessoriato di tutto, panorama indimenticabile, host incredibilmente gentile e propositivo ad ogni personale necessità. Tornerò!

A hidden gem in the heart of Venice
Pro: This apartment is a hidden gem. It is located near bakeries, restaurants and is within walking distance of all the major attractions. I enjoyed sitting in the kitchen, enjoying a coffee when the gondolas and boats passed right outside the window. It was a true Venice experience! The apartment is much bigger than the photos show and it was extremely clean. I would highly recommend!

Pro: I liked it, very good location, 20-25 minutes walking from San Marco, and in a very nice neighbourhood with amazing and cheaper restaurants than near San Marco. Very good recommendations from the host, I would not find the same myself. Very good view to the canal.
Contro: As it's already mentioned in previous reviews, there is a LOT of messages, rules and bureaucracy. I was ready to it because I wanted this particular apartment.

Pro: La ubicacion cerca de la parada ca d'oro esta estupenda y la casa calentita. Cocina equipada y casa muy practica. Las vistas al canal preciosas e ideales🩷
Contro: Que no hay mosquiteras y hay incluso en invierno mosquitos. A la peque se la comieron incluso con repelente. La cama muy blanda. Dormimos en el sofá todos los dias. Un poco justo de almacenaje si quieres cenar en la casa.

UNA BUENA ESTANCIA, PERO MEJORABLE
Pro: La ubicación, las vistas, la dotación de la cocina del apartamento, y la tranquilidad
Contro: Todo estuvo bien, pero a modo de sugerencia: 1º Las toallas son de baja calidad: el anfitrión podría plantearse ponerlas mejores. 2º Las copas de la vajilla eran de plástico: ¿que la gente las rompe?: vale; pero que sustituirlas (cuatro copas) se puede hacer con menos de 10 euros, tambien: pagamos 738 € por cuatro dias (creo que da para poner copas de cristal) 3º El termo para el agua caliente entiendo tenía el termostato estropeado: a los cinco minutos de comenzar la ducha se quedaba el agua fría, y luego se calentaba, y así varias veces en lo que duraba la ducha. O se debería arreglar el termostato o cambiar el termo.

Pro: It was away from the hustle and bustle. It was awesome. Check in was quick and easy, after we met the rep from Venice neighbours. Accommodation was neat and clean.
Contro: No duvet available on the beds, just a sheet

Quiet neighborhood, spacious and clean, perfect for a couple
Pro: Location was quiet, but only a few streets away from main road. Easy access to groceries, cafes, restaurants, and vaporetto. Inside was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything you needed for a short or long stay. Can’t beat the view of the quiet canal with the gondola riders coming by every now and then. The host was very responsive and had great recommendations for food around Venice.

Pro: Evin manzarası için tekrar giderim. Gerçekten kanala açılan bir ev arıyordum tam istediğim bir ev oldu. Konumu güzel her yer yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışan bizimle çok ilgiliydi.
