Pro: Pulito, accogliente, spazioso, zona tranquilla ma a due passi da tutto. I doppi servizi poi è qualcosa di davvero in più. In casa non manca nulla, c'è tutto l'occorrente Appena posso ci ritorno senza stare a pensarci.

Contro: Niente da dire. Perfetto così

Pro: Casa ristrutturata di recente, le foto corrispondono alla realtà. Arredamento semplice ma c'è tutto quello che serve, anche in cucina. Ottima pulizia. Ottima posizione, silenziosa, letti comodi, facile accessibilità essendo a piano terra. Negozi e buoni ristoranti vicini, appena fuori dalle zone più caotiche. La corte è molto carina, comoda ed a uso esclusivo. Gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente da consigliare

Pro: L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, quindi tutto nuovissimo! È molto spazioso e gode anche di un cortile interno privato!

Pro: Casa bellissima, nuova e ricca di ogni confort. La corte è il punto forte. Posizionata bene e molto tranquilla per riposare. Consiglio vivamente

If I'm in Venice again, I'll choose these apartments again.

Pro: Very cozy and large apartment with new renovation and everything you need for living. Convenient location (all attractions are nearby), no noise from the street.

Contro: I liked everything.

Couldn’t have been better for us

Pro: It was a lovely location, quiet and perfect to get around. Spotlessly clean, every thing you might need. Very kind hosts who let us check in early. We chose it for the courtyard because we were taking some photographs for a project. For us, it was a true miracle - Venice is an expensive city but I felt given that, this was very reasonable- around the corner I enjoyed lovely lunches and walked everywhere in the city easily. You can take a water taxi from the airport that’s very close to it to save walking from the bus stop with suitcases. Thank you for a great stay.

Pro: Die Wohnung ist groß mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Dazwischen liegt der Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile. So ist die Privatsphäre zu den Schlafzimmern sehr gut gehalten. Es ist alles nötige vorhanden.

Contro: Der Innenhof ist mehr Rumpelkammer als Sitzbereich.

쾌적한 아파트이다

Pro: 아파트는 접근하기 좋고 찾기에도 쉬웠다. 아파트의 시설도 좋았으며, 호스트도 친절하고 상세하게 안내하였다. 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳이다.
