Pro: Appartamento davvero bello e curato nei dettagli, molto spazioso e con tutti i comfort possibili, situato a piano terra. Posizione ottima, a due passi da San Marco e in una zona tranquilla e poco trafficata, con stupenda vista direttamente su un canale. I due host Alessandra e Riccardo sono stati super gentili e disponibili, spiegando tutto il necessario e dando consigli molto apprezzati. Check-in in presenza sinonimo di professionalità. Sarà la prima scelta in un futuro viaggio a Venezia.
Contro: Unico neo, sorvolabile, il vicino al piano di sopra che si alzava, con tutti i rumori conseguenti, abbastanza presto al mattino.

Clean, cozy, great location, nice guest
Pro: The apartment was clean, equipped with everything you need for immediate use (soap, shampoo, towels, salt, sugar, dishes etc.) From the bedroom windows you can see the canale and some gondolas passing by. The location was excellent (the apartment is situated in San Marco area).A lot of the tourist attractions like Rialto Bridge, San Marco Basilica, Duke’s Palace are pretty close, within a 10-15 mins walk. The host was really nice and helpful, she provided a list with good local and authentic trattorias and bars and also explained the easiest way to get from the airport to the apartment. It was our first time in Venice and it was a really beautiful experience.
Contro: The only thing that was missing were some slippers, but that’s a really minor complaint

Amazing Venice Experience
Pro: Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location by one of the side canals, 6 min from St Marco and 10 min walk from Rialto bridge. Everything about this apartment is wonderful. It's comfortable, clean well equipped and beautifully decorated! Our host was very helpful and welcoming. We highly recommend to choose this apartment on your next visit to Venice.

Pro: The apartment is located right in the center of the city, very close to anything you need. It’s clean, equipped with all the ammenities. Also, the two hosts were very kind and helpful. Alessandra took care of every detail, she made a list with all the places where we can eat good local food.

Situació excel·lent i bons amfitrions
Pro: La situació és excel·lent, a 5 min caminant de plaça Sant Marco i de les parades del vaporetto. Bona decoració i acollidor. Molt amables, t’expliquen coses i llocs interessants de visitar, com restaurants… i es preocupa per wathapp que tot estigui anant bé.
Contro: Si hagués de posar un pega… el llit fa una mica de baixada cap al mig.

Pro: Veľmi pekný apartmán na výbornej lokalite – blízko hlavných pamiatok, no zároveň v tichej ulici. Izby sú pohodlné a vhodné pre 4 osoby alebo rodinu. Kuchyňa aj kúpeľňa sú na veľmi dobrej úrovni a samozrejmosťou je aj Wi-Fi. Od Alessandry sme dostali zoznam odporúčaných cukrární a reštaurácií, počas nášho dvojdňového pobytu sme vyskúšali štyri z nich a boli výborné. K dispozícii sú aj užitočné informácie vrátane máp a sprievodcov. Alessandra bola veľmi ochotná a vždy pripravená pomôcť alebo poskytnúť potrebné informácie. Mali sme veľmi príjemný pobyt.
Contro: Všetko bolo v poriadku.

Pro: La ubicación es perfecta, a escasos minutos del centro de la ciudad. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar una agradable estancia. La decoración muy cuidada. El trato de la anfitriona inmejorable. Muy pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia. Nos proporcionó una guía con todo lo necesario para conocer la ciudad ( lugares para desayunar, comer, etc)

Stop looking and book this one!
Pro: The quality of the furnishings and every detail was done with the mindset that this is their home, not that this is their rental property. We have stayed in 6 different Airbnb during our stay in Italy all for about the same per night price and this by far was the most beautiful and elegant stay. Entry was perfectly coordinated. The amenities in the kitchen and bathroom, the towels and bed sheets and bed covers all were high quality. There are local guidebooks available. Their are more than enough nespresso pods available. My son and I loved our stay here. The location is incredible. You are a few min walk from San Marcos Square. But on a quite side street so it feels you are away from the tourist chaos.
Contro: Absolutely nothing. The apartment is incredible.
