Piacevole sorpresa
Pro: Comincio volentieri col dire che piacevolmente abbiamo conosciuto la titolare veramente gentile simpaticissima e professionale! La struttura è molto graziosa piaciuta molto a tutti noi! Non mancherà occasione di rivederla o di presentarla ad amici! Vengo a Venezia da anni e confermo che da li è un buon punto di partenza x muoversi Ancora grazie x tutto!

Pro: We stayed here for a couple nights and loved the how clean and comfortable the place was. The location was perfect - quiet and away from the busy streets and noise, but close enough for an easy walk.

Pro: Beautifully decorated, spacious apartment for two or three. Extremely comfortable beds with good quality bedding. Lovely to have a decent Nespresso coffee machine for a morning coffee. Good shower with plentiful hot water in all taps; with fluffy towels provided. The location was very peaceful, in a quiet residential area, surrounded by little side canals and bridges, yet only 5 minutes from a buzzing main street full of shops, cafes, and restaurants, a pharmacy etc. There is a CO-OP not too far away for self-catering essentials. Less than 10 mins from a vaporetto stop, and 15-20 mins walk to St Marks Square. If we ever return, I would happily stay again.
Contro: The waste disposal system is a bit strange to grasp. Communication could have been a little better for advice and check-out but the check-in details were very thorough and easy.. We prefer self-check in so it worked well for us. Mosquitos about so some plug in repellants would have been helpful.

Good value for money, nice location, quiet and close to everything.
Pro: Very nice location of the apartment, quiet place and close to everything (but of course you need to walk to get somewhere, which is expected in Venice). The apartment has all you need, 2 spacious rooms, which is good for families. Kitchen design is an another remarkable point, stylish and has all you would need. Very much appreciated coffee as a welcome gift.

Appartement idéal pour visiter Venise
Pro: Quartier extrêmement calme et agréable mais proche des commerces et des sites touristiques à pied, Literie très très confortable, très jolie deco dans l’appartement qui était très agréable, équipement de cuisine simple et efficace (manquait juste une planche à découper). Système de chauffage bien efficace

Super tydzień w Wenecji
Pro: Bardzo gustownie urządzony apartament w świetnej lokalizacji. Wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzebuje turysta, nawet w ładowarki do telefonów. Wygodne łóżka, duże pokoje, wydajne ogrzewanie (styczeń), wygodny duży stół do spożywania posiłków, funkcjonalna i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Łazienka raczej mała, ale wyposażona jak w hotelu, są ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest rewelacyjna. W zacisznej uliczce, a jednocześnie blisko do wszystkiego. Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze, z którymi jest bardzo dobry kontakt zarówno telefoniczny jak i osobisty.

Pro: Все понравилось, удобство, дизайн, расположение квартиры, хорошее отопление. Очень красивая и удобная квартира в прекрасном тихом районе, рядом есть все необходимое. Идеальное место, чтобы познакомиться с Венецией.

Es war Traumhaft und entspannend, obwohl die Stadt voll von uns Touristen war.
Pro: Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral gelegen. Im Umkreis von ca. 100 Metern sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Bäckereien sowie Restaurants. Man hat sehr gute Busverbindungen als Schiffe natürlich, nur zu empfehlen.
Contro: Keine.
