Pro: è molto pulita, posizione eccezionale per visitare la Biennale, a pochi passi ci sono tutti i servizi di prima necessità e la fermata del vaporetto.

The perfect place in Venice

Pro: The property was very spacious and well organized, we were 2 families with 2 children and everything was perfect, the kitchen was big and had everything you needed, big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine.. and is situated on a main street and you have very easy access to restaurants, shops, pharmacies and there is a beautiful park behind it, with a great view from the apartment , the hosts was very friendly and helpful , for us everything was great

Pro: Für uns vier, war alles an dieser Wohnung perfekt. Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Venedig und hatten immer eine andere Unterkunft. Doch dieses Mal war es ein absoluter Glücksfall für uns. In dieser Wohnung konnten wir uns richtig wohlfühlen und wir bedanken uns herzlich bei den Gastgebern.

Pro: Świetna lokalizacja, spacerem można było dojść do placu Świętego Marka w 15 minut, jednocześnie z dala od głównych tras turystycznych. Widok na park i zatokę. Klimatyczny apartament w starej kamienicy. W sąsiedztwie wiele różnych restauracji, piekarni, osterii, barów, winiarni, kulinarny raj 😊 dzielnica Biennale więc sporo galerii sztuki i inicjatyw kulturalnych. Vaporetto Arsenale bardzo blisko. Wyposażona kuchnia, zmywarka. Dwie łazienki, super dla rodziny 2+2, 6 osób też się zmieści ale śpią na rozkładanej, szarej sofie w pokoju wejściowym. Pomieszczenia takie jak na zdjęciach. Drugie piętro, wejście dość wąskimi schodami, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami mogą mieć problem z wejściem, nam to nie przeszkadzało. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, punktualnie i sprawnie.

Estancia perfecta.

Pro: Muy amables Andrea y Marina. Comunicación perfecta y todas las facilidades posibles para la entrada y salida. Cuando volvamos a Venecia esperamos que este libre el apartamento, porque tanto las instalaciones como la ubicación son muy buenas.

Contro: Todo estuvo muy bien.

Pro: Lokalita. Blízkosti supermarketu. Výhled do parku a na lagunu.

Contro: Hluční sousedé a horko, ale to není vinou ubytování.

Pro: Comfortabel en schoon appartement op een plek net buiten het centrum. Erg leuk bij een straat met terrasjes, en supermarkt

Contro: Omgevingsgeluid, je hoort s nachts het geluid van de boten

Pro: Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal zu Gast in dieser Ferienwohnung und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Für uns ist sie perfekt. Die Lage ist phantastisch, die Zimmer sind groß, hell und freundlich. Die Abwicklung verlief wie zuvor reibungslos. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Venedig.
