Pro: Appartamento pulito e molto centrale. Gli host sono molto ben organizzati e sono stati gentilissimi nel permettere di lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il soggiorno

Appartamento incantevole.

Pro: Appartamento molto carino. Pulito. Ottima zona. La possibilità di lasciare la valigia prima è dopo. Staff molto gentile.

Contro: Mancano ganci per gli asciugamani. L'acqua esce dalla doccia. Ci sono cavi senza lampadari e qualche buco nel muro come da ventilazione.

Pro: Struttura pulitissima Ha tutto quello che serve Zona molta silenziosa Il piccolo cortile è carino e utilissimo per stare all aperto Disponibilità dello staff massima

Pro: The amazing private yard, and the washing machine.

Pro: It was just perfect. The people managing it are so nice and the apartment is equipped with so many little things, that make vacation easier and are not necessarily mandatory. I told our hosts, that it is equipped as if somebody prepared it for a friend, not for a stranger. It was perfectly clean and the location is really nice. Thank you so much :)

Overall, wish I could have spent longer in Venice and at this apartment!

Pro: Melusina Homes (Marine in particular) was so helpful - quick to reply to any questions and explained everything I needed to know upon arrival. The facilities were great - equipped kitchen, air conditioning, mosquito nets, also loved the outdoor area. Very convenient location, not too busy but close to the main attractions in Venice.

Contro: Slightly over my budget, but the hospitality and services such as weekly cleaning and all the facilities available made it worth it. The location may appear dodgy at first, but you get used to it after arrival.

Pro: Limpeza, conforto, cozinha, andar terreo porem silencioso, espaço, segurança , localizaçao ( no inicio estranhei mas logo depois ja achei bom) retorno da proprieraria, muito prestativa e atenciosa

Contro: Wi-fi nao funciona ( portanto a tv tbem nao Nao sei se seria o sinal ruim da regiao ou se era mesmo o wi-fi fraco. O box do banheiro e so uma cortina, que nao retem a agua e molha muito o banheiro, apesar da ducha ser boa

Venise, c'est toujours magique.

Pro: C'est un studio et il y a une petite cuisine et le matériel pour se faire un petit déjeuner ou un repas. C'est très propre et assez grand. Quand on sort, on est aussitôt dans Venise, Castello, un quartier qui reste authentique, moins touristique que San Marco.

Contro: Peut être un bon fauteuil !

Très beau séjour, nous recommandons vivement le confort, le calme, les bons soins de Melusina homes.

Pro: Appartement spacieux, très propre et quasi renové à neuf, très bien placé dans un quartier et une impasse super calme. Hôte disponible et très réactive à nos demandes.

Contro: Système de chauffage, 2 climatiseurs réversibles, compliqués à utiliser et l'un des 2 bruyant. Rideau de douche inefficace.
