"Ea casa de mì 2"

Pro: Appartamento appena ristrutturato curato nei minimi particolari. Pulitissimo. Arredamento stiloso e posizione a pochi metri da Campo Santa Margherita dove ci sono locali e supermercati.. Strada silenziosa. Facilissimo da raggiungere da Piazzale Roma. Host gentilissima e premurosa. Assolutamente raccomandato.

A lovely home in Venice

Pro: We were staying here for the second time now and were as happy with the accomodation as the first time :) Patrizia is very nice and helpful and the apartment is amazing, comfortable and cozy. There were even small improvements from the first visit, if i'm not mistaken, like the small shelf in the shower. The heating was good, we weren't cold. And as to everything else - my previous review stands: it's very clean, the apartment is furnished with everything you might need and more (umbrellas were especially useful this time, thank you for providing them), and the location is great (our favourite part of Venice to live at). We will definitely come again :D

Pro: It is a beautiful apartment with everything you could need. The location is quiet yet in walking distance to everything. The host kept in touch and provided all the information we needed plus a lovely bottle of Prosecco.

Wonderful apartment in a lovely part of an amazing city

Pro: We absolutely loved our stay! Patrizia is a very nice and helpful host. The apartment is located in one of the loveliest (in my opinion) parts of the city, right next to a small canal and a cozy plaza with shops and restaurants. The apartment is even better than pictures so i didn't make any. It's very modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean and fitted with everything you might need and more (hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, lots of dishes, olive oil, spices, tea, soap, shower gel and shampoo - you name it). We felt very much at home, it was a delight to come there after a long day of admiring Venice :) Thank you and we will come again.

Chic flat at great location

Pro: Great central location. Patrizia, the host, was very attentive and made our arrival easy. The flat seems to have been recently renovated with a chic style. The a vibrant piazza around the corner with bars, coffee shops, heladerías, supermarket, etc

Pro: Everything! The apartment, its location, everything was perfect! Short walking distance to an amazing square with cute little restaurants. Very nice vibes. Great hosts as well. We really enjoyed our stay at Ea casa de mi 2.

Pro: The accommodation was very comfortable, there were all the necessary tools in the kitchen, cleaning supplies, even toys for children. The owner was very helpful.

Pro: The communication with the hosts was great - easy check-in with a keypad that opens the door and easy and fast communication throughout the stay. The place has everything you need for a short and also for a longer stay. The location is a small walk (7-ish minutes) from the closest \

Contro: There can be some noise as the flat is in a building between 2 streets, so people passing by the place can be heard - no real issue past 23/11PM though. The place is very close to the canal - and sometimes the canal can have it's .. exciting odour :D. So \
