Pro: Host; the lady was really helpfull and explained all; Location was ok also; And because of this i will not Give a very bad review ;

Contro: The apartment would benefit from urgent renovation, as there is some mold on the walls and a noticeable odor, which can be particularly uncomfortable for people with allergies. Considering the condition, the price does not quite reflect the overall quality. I believe the situation could be improved, as renting an apartment in this state may not meet guests’ expectations at this price point. No offense intended.

Great place

Pro: The apartment is exactly as described: cozy, modern, and fully equipped. There is Wi-Fi, heating, it’s really very quiet and has comfortable beds. The apartment is centrally located, with a 7-minute walk to San Marco place. Most importantly, the owner is very helpful and attentive. He was always in touch and resolved all our issues. We would like to thank him for his kind assistance and highly recommend his apartment.

Best City yet!

Pro: The apartment was great value given the excellent location and facilities. Rarely do you get two identical double rooms, saves the who gets which room convo. The 2nd shower/bathroom outside meat both couples could get ready in their own time. Ground floor with easy access was welcomed.

Contro: Nothing really we would stay again... with a critical eye of course like all properties there is always something that needs attention but very minor.

Pro: in the center, but in a quiet inner square, marble-finished apartments!!

Excellent location

Pro: Good location near St. Marco Square. A clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. All we would like to be different is the TV to be in the rooms and not in the kitchen. Also, the apartment does not have so much sunlight, probably because it is on the ground floor. Overall and beyond these small details, our stay was good.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful host.

Pro: Beautifully decorated apartment in a lovely location near the centre of Venice's San Marco. The host was extremely helpful at all points, with information for checkin, recommendations for restaurants, and was very kindly able to facilitate a late check out as we were not leaving Venice til a bit later in the afternoon. Highly recommended.

Contro: Nothing - great place.

Pro: We only stayed one night but it was a great apartment. Very clean and modern with good sized bedrooms and a lovely outdoor area. Allesandro was very good at communicating with us.
