Pro: Close to the center, Valentina was very welcoming and respond to any question, really nice accommodation for our 6 members family.

Contro: Nothing really important

Pro: Everything was perfect. From the moment that i booked the apartment Guiliano the owner was very helpful to guide us how to get there and even arrange the water taxi for us. Federica the lady who picked us from venice was very helpful and kind. The location is very good and we had everything we needed for our stay.

Contro: Nothing, everything was beyond our expectations.

Very well located apartment for a small family

Pro: The location was absolutely exceptional, only a couple of minutes walk from San Marco square and vaparetto stop, and in the middle of lots of shops and restaurants. We could walk everywhere, except the one day we took a vaparetto to Murano. It was such a typical old Venusian apartment, which was a fun experience! We loved the coffee machine and the kitchen/dining area was great.

Contro: Note, one room has a double bed and single bed, and the other bedroom single bed, which is slightly different to what was advertised. And if I am being fussy, it would have been nice to have salt and pepper, and perhaps some cooking oil as basic provisions for cooking. Everything else fantastic!

Pro: The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped – everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. Check-in was smooth and well organized. Frederica welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. The location right next to St. Mark’s Square is simply perfect. Absolutely recommendable!

Contro: This is not really a criticism. Our view was towards the street and opposite buildings, which also meant they could see into the apartment. And of course, with the shutters you can easily ensure privacy. One small thing to keep in mind: some door frames are around 1.75 m high, and there are beams in the rooms at about 1.90 m. For very tall guests this could be something to consider.

Coqueto, ubicación y atención extraordinarias

Pro: La recepción, que estuvieran pendientes de nosotros toda nuestra estancia, café, pan, azúcar y detergentes de cortesía y ubicación a un minuto de San Marcos

Contro: Q fuera un segundo alto sin ascensor. Pero lo sabíamos desde que hicimos la reserva.

Pro: Estaba todo genial, limpio, cómodo, bien ubicado, nos atendieron genial, nos ha encantado.

Contro: Lo único que la escalera es un poco estrecha y no es muy cómoda, por lo demás todo de 10

Pro: La localización, limpieza y comunicación. Hay lavadora y cocina completa. Dos baños completos.

Contro: Todo bien, muy cómodo.
