Tutto come da programma

Pro: Sicuramente la posizione è ottima Il locale è comodo con bagno spazioso. Non mancava nulla . Che altro aggiungere.... Ci siamo trovati bene e un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se torno a Venezia sicuramente controllerò se disponibile. Grazie di tutto

Pleasant

Pro: Location, bathroom, comfy bed and clear guidelines about location and entering (Alice vas very helpful). Cheap supermarket just around the corner, boats to Murano and Burano a five minute walk away.

Contro: No basic utensils to prepare food (knife etc.) or to cook (stir, cloths ...). Enough plates and pots, though. Pricey for what it is (a ground level room by the street).

Pro: Excellent location, within the historic part of Venice. Near vaporetto to the islands, within walking distance to major sites, close to supermarket and restaurants.

Contro: It's a bit noisy early in the morning as it's on the way to vaporetto as in front of a school. This is counterbalanced by the fact that, at night, it is very quiet. A kitchen knife and a kitchen cloth could have been handy for our cooking needs.

Séjour incroyable 🥰

Pro: Pièce de vie spacieuse. Tout équipé. Salle de bain au top. Proche de tout. Rue très calme malgré le carnaval et ça c’est le top. Tout fonctionnait très bien. De quoi passer un très bon séjour. Le personnel très sympathique.

Contro: Quand des personnes passaient dans la rue ont les entendaient très fort c’est le seul petit bémol pour ma part.

Bon emplacement, insonorisation à refaire.

Pro: L’emplacement était parfait. Loin des rues très touristiques de Venise. Bien plus au calme. La majorité des équipements utiles à un séjour de 3 jours étaient présents.

Contro: L’insonorisation inexistante de l’appartement. Nous entendions absolument tout ce qu’il se passait dehors. C’était donc un peu déconcertant car nous entendions le moindre bruit de pas ou la moindre discussion.
