Canaletto Room Venice

Da ripetere presto. Venezia è un’esperienza unica. Una sola volta non è sufficiente.

Pro: L’atmosfera intima e riservata. Ottima posizione per i vari collegamenti. Gestori disponibili e competenti. Bella esperienza.

Contro: Nulla.

Pro: Ideal location to explore the island. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

Contro: No direct sunlight and there is also a (damp) smell in the apartment that doesn’t leave after ventilation.

A lovelly stay

Pro: The level of cleaness was supperb, bed sheets, shower towels, kitchen and the appliances, all were very clean and in top shape. The support and guidance provided by the entire team before and during the self check-in process was ammazing and it turned out to work very well. Even during the stay the facilities team was following-up daily to see how we were doing and if any assistance was required. This level of support it left us more relaxed as we knew that in case required we could ask them for help. All the guidance and details provided about topics like: how the transports network work, how does the garbadge collection works, advises on locations to visit, etc all helped us a lot and it made our daily tasks more easier and our stay more pleasent.

Contro: The facilities have a kettle helps you boiling some water for a coffe or for a tea. In my opinion if a small microwave was available it would have allowed us to warm some milk for instance.

Cozy place in a very good location

Pro: Location is perfect. Accomodation is cozy. Heating and air conditioner worked.

Contro: Bedding for blankets was missing. Doors of shower were broken. Mosquito blood spilled over walls.

we LOVED it!

Pro: We LOVED the accomodation and the area. There is everything you need for a great stay in Venice. The owner is super sweet and helpful. It's our third time in Venice and this is our favourite accomodation of all.

Will return only if mosquito nets will get installed.

Pro: Very quiet, clean, many amenities, close to restaurants

Contro: Missing mosquito nets.

Pro: Top location. Self check-in very simple. Everything that was said in the negative comments is true: the equipment is basic , no coffee machine, no air dryer ... but it is definitly a great value for money ! There's even a fridge now ! just to show that owners pay attention to comments

Contro: Mosquitoes ... but we're in Venice, that's normal, isn't it? A smell of dampness. It's hard to be autonomous for the breakfast : but with money you don't spend on rental, you can go in a café !

Pro: Die zentrale Lage und vor allem der zuvorkommende Vermieter, der jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und sehr nett war.

Buena ubicación

Pro: La ubicación era perfecta, zona tranquila y los restaurantes y cafeterías precios asequibles. En los enchufes había mata mosquitos y funcionaron,no nos picaron

Contro: Había algún mosquito y solo nos dejaron 1 bolsa de basura. Si hubiera tenido cocina o al menos un microondas habría sido perfecto

Pro: Buena ubicación, cerca de Plaza San Marcos. Mercado, es cómodo . Las instrucciones para llegar, muy claras

Contro: Faltaba un cubo para basura. Jabonera
