Pro: la casa è meravigliosa. posizione comoda, pulita e attrezzata di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno. il pezzo forte è senza dubbio il giardino che da sul canale, un sogno. come sentirsi a casa!

Meglio di cosí non esiste!

Pro: Zona perfetta, la finestra sul canale è STUPENDA, il giardino è bellissimo, la casa è attrezzata di qualsiasi cosa necessaria (padelle, strumenti, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, lavastoviglie...). Tutto pulitissimo, letto comodissimo. Perfetto. Se siete indecisi tra questo e un altro posto venite qua e non ve me pentirete. La cosa più bella è la finestra in camera che dà sul canale e cio si puo sedere con i piedi a penzoloni sull'acqua e vedere le barche passare. stupendo. Se venite state più di una notte perché non basta per godersi la casa

Pro: Very good location just off the busiest areas but an easy walk to see the main attractions and very close to the vaporetto. The apartments was comfortable with a view of the sea and a canal. Would highly recommend.

Pro: What a delightful apartment with a garden terrace overlooking a small canal. Better in real life than in the photos. Loredana was very helpful with advice on shops, restaurants, transport,etc.

Pro: - Great location, close to the center, easy get to the airport, there are many shops and restaurants nearby; - Very nice apartment, it's spacious, bright and clean, in real life looks even better than on photos; - The apartment has everything you need; - The apartment has its own backyard with a beautiful view to the canal; - Very nice hosts, Loredana and Marta, friendly, attentive and polite.

Contro: - There were some problems with the heating system, it periodically turned off completely. It was very cold, especially at night. It would be nice to have a small floor heater for emergencies, so that it could be quickly warm up at least the bedroom.

Pro: מיקום מאGreat location: close to San Marco Square, boat stop, convenient to get to any place in Venice. The host is very friendly, the apartment has everything you need and is very clean

Oasis tranquilo e ideal

Pro: Absolutamente todo!! Tiene todo lo necesario y más, está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila y agradable y andando 15 minutos estas en San Marco. A parte, Ricardo es un anfitrión maravilloso! Una joya en la isla!!

Contro: Nada! Todo perfecto para una escapada ideal

Pro: Alles wie beschrieben. Kleine grüne Oase in der Stadt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet. Klimaanlage und Heizung vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Riccardo war sehr gut. Ebenso der persönliche Empfang und die Einweisung.

Es war sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Pro: Die Unterkunft ist super schön , gut gelegen und mit einem fantastischen Garten. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Contro: Die Lage und der Garten sind toll.
