UNA SETTIMANA IN LAGUNA
Pro: Massimiliano è una persona gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolto in maniera calorosa. Ci ha spiegato come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza a Venezia, a soli 40 minuti di traghetto, a comodi orari per poter girare tutto il giorno la stupenda località veneta. La struttura offre un primo piano con tutte le comodità, due bagni, e una cucina abitabile, le stanze grandi e spaziose sono ottime per giovani coppie.

Voglio tornarci
Pro: Posto bellissimo e rilassante. Gli arredi andrebbero ringiovaniti ma si sta bene. Massimiliano gentilissimo ci ha accolto anche a tarda sera.
Contro: Forse sarebbe più comoda una macchinetta del caffè a capsule piuttosto che fornelli e moka.

Excellent getaway - perfect for a day trip.
Pro: Terrace is beautiful, kitchen great for cooking. All spaces are large, owner is very helpful, lent bikes to explore the island. Explained the timetables of the ferries, which is the only way on or off the island. Instructions to get to the island were very helpful!
Contro: Wasps in bathroom - naked and afraid, thumbs up if you think I won.

Beautiful peaceful place :)
Pro: The property is really nice, Massimiliano is a great hostm really flexible and really friendly. You will be staying in the upper floor, and will have your own kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. To travel to the touristic part of venice you need to travel by boat, but staying at Sabt Erasmo was great, it is a small island, really quiet and peaceful.
Contro: If you are travelling with car, be aware probably you will need to find a parking place not on the same island. Just be aware of this,

Pro: Bardzo duża przestrzeń dla gości. Czysto i schludnie. Obsługa bardzo miła i przyjazna.
Contro: Trzeba wziąć pod uwagę dość długi czas dotarcia z Wenecji (około godzina) oraz to że wieczorem i rano Vaporetro odpływa mniej więcej co godzinę.

Pro: Massimiliano ist ein sehr netter und großzügiger Gastgeber, der uns wegen einer massiven Zugverspätung noch um halb elf Uhr in der Nacht willkommen geheißen hat. Er hat uns mit sehr hilfreichen Informationen versorgt, was die Anreise und den Aufenthalt betroffen hat und uns Fahrräder geliehen, mit denen wir uns wirklich geschickt auf der Insel bewegen konnten.

Pro: Очень хорошие апартаменты на острове сант эразмо немного в отдалении от основной венеции. Две комнаты для гостей с 4 спальными местами, два санузла, кухня с плитой и всем необходимым для готовки самим, веранда наверху для релакса вечером. Самостоятельный доступ в апартаменты, возможность прокатиться на велосипедах по острову, хотя идти до вапаретто 10 минут пешком. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить хозяина за помощь и советы по парковке автомобиля, проезда на место и подсказки в различных мелочах, что существенно помогает отдыхать, а не отвлекаться по пустякам.
Contro: До основных островов добираться нужно на вапарето минут 40, но это время для отдыха после прогулок и возможность обзора до прогулки по основным местам венеции. Просто время проезда нужно учитывать при планировании посещений.

Pro: Le lieu est exceptionnel, le logement est très bien fait et pratique. Max est un super hôte très accueillant et très gentil. Il nous a prêté des vélos pour visiter l’île.
