Splendida !

Pro: Sono un vecchio amante di Venezia e ci vengo, da vinte cince anni, tutti gli anni per due settimane. Sono sempre vicino all’Arsenale(calle Erizzo, fondamenta dei Penini, salizzada sant’Antonin) e questo appartamento è stato il più bello, raffinato, confortevole, pulito che ho potuto occupare in tutti questi anni. Dalla biancheria al più piccolo oggetto, passando per gli utensili di cucina e per la decorazione, tutto è impeccabile. Nostro soggiorno è stato assolutamente meraviglioso e speriamo di potere ritornare in questo bellissimo appartamento.

Pro: The pictures on Booking don't do justice to how nice this apartment is. Ground floor, with a terrace to look at a small canal, the apartment is beautifully decorated it feel's like your very own place in Venice. The master and second bedroom are comfy and charming, the kitchen is well equipped and the central sitting/dining area is perfect for a family or couple. From here it is a 10 minute to Saint Mark's and a 2 minute walk to seeing the main lagoon view. There are nice places to eat around as well as grocery options.

Perefect for what we wanted Non touristic area but close enough to find everything

Pro: Fantastic quiet location only moments away from the center of town. Fully equipped apart from extra toilet rolls lol. Easily brought in local supermarket.

Contro: Nothing really.

Pro: Excelente localização, num sestieri tranquilo e com ótimo comércio local.

Pro: Perfekte Lage zu Biennale und ÖPNV. Sehr ruhig, geräumig. Einrichtung und Ausstattung mit vielen stilvollen Details.

Contro: Küche recht klein. Keine Terrasse.

Pro: L'appartement est charmant avec une porte d'eau typique sur un Rio. Grand, bien aménagé et très bien équipé. la localisation dans la ville est très pratique, sur Castello Est, à proximité immédiate de l'arsenal et sa station de Vapo, très pratique pour rejoindre tout point de Venise. l'environnement est plus typique que le centre historique ou les quartiers touristiques habituels, avec à deux rues, de nombreux restaurants de très bonne qualité, pâtisserie, boucherie, supermarché, tout est à proximité. De l'appartement, un point de départ pour de très belle ballades sur Castello, arsenal, cannaregio et saint marc à environ 15mn de marche. une très belle expérience, avec un hôte, Paolo, très accueillant et de très bon conseil. Merci.

Pro: L’emplacement parfait , le charme de l’appartement et du cartier , enfant séparé du coin des parents avec chacun leur salle de bain.

Contro: La literie assez inconfortable car literie un peu dure et pas assez d’oreiller

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé, près de l'arsenal.

Pro: L'emplacement est exceptionnel : au pied de l'arsenal , le long d'un canal , à 400 mètres de la place Saint-Marc.

Contro: Les quelques moustiques!
